Your Talent

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business

  • Professional : 8 - 10 years of Planning and Allocation experience, ideally 2-3 years in a similar position. Experience from the apparel or footwear industry would be an advantage.

Your Mission

[SUMMARY] : Accountable of managing the allocation process to deliver maximum sales, margin and profit to the PUMA Retail channels.
Together with store manager & sales rep, responsible for maintaining proper inventory/option level to enhance our sell-thru rate and efficiency.

To liquidate old season inventory, forecast of runout quantity by channel and allocate on the principles of ensuring right product, right quantity, right place and right time.

  • [Task 1] Product Allocation & Sales Performance Monitoring :
    -
    Execute allocation plans across Free Standing Stores, SIS, Factory Outlets, and E-Commerce channels, based on predefined strategies
    - Monitor store-level sales trends and inventory coverage to identify key stores or SKUs that require action (e.g., replenishment or rotation)
    - Track product performance by style/SKU and assist in making decisions to optimize in-season allocation volume
    - Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Merchandising) to align on store-specific needs and planned product launches
  • [Task 2] Stock Flow Management & Inventory Optimization :
    -
    Support day-to-day tracking of inventory flow between warehouse and stores, ensuring timely delivery of allocated or replenished stock
    - Assist monitoring weekly stock levels across stores and channels; raise visibility on excess or aging inventory for rotation or markdown action
    - Collaborate with the planning team to ensure efficient utilization of inventory space by channel and product type
  • [Task 3] Stock Flow Management & Inventory Optimization :
    -
    Prepare regular sales and inventory reports by store, SKU, and channel to support data-driven allocation and trading decisions
    - Develop and maintain working tools (e.g., Excel trackers, Power BI dashboards) that monitor performance KPIs such as sell-through, size availability, and stock aging
    - Support the planning team in identifying potential risks or opportunities based on inventory and sales trends

Your Mission

The role is to grow market share within a designated field (select) account list through the combination of acquiring new business and increasing current client spend while increasing client satisfaction.

Sales Execution:

  • Accountable for the preparation, planning and delivery sales presentations.

  • Accountable for selling to field accounts through “Futures” and “At-Once” business.

  • Manage cancellations, closeout and prop sales.

  • Measure performance against goal through seasonal sales reports.

  • Identify product opportunities and execute product strategies.

Planning:

  • Work with the manager to develop account base plans.

Your Mission

Responsible for the representation and sale of PUMA products with Shoe Palace, based upon brand priorities for the account while managing, developing, and building upon a sustainable and profitable business. 

  • Provide the highest level of service and product expertise each season from sell-in to sell-thru, driven by PUMA strategic goals

  • Bachelor of University Degree.

  • 7+ years of experience in similar sales position, working knowledge of the US retail environment with specific knowledge of the value distribution.

  • Industry based understanding of the consumer within sports & fashion.

Your Mission

Job Overview:

The Senior Account Executive prepares and executes the commercial strategy for key retail accounts in North America with the aim to drive a sustainable and profitable business. In the role you drive revenue to exceed both sales and margin targets. Next to that you will build a strong relationship with existing (key account) customers and pro-actively explore new commercial opportunities that add value to our business development. You work directly with the Head of Sales North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defines profitable sales and business plans per customer and works to meet and achieve these in collaboration with the sales support and other functions.

  • Monitors credit performance of customers to ensure solvency and to minimize the risk of non-payment and/or stock returns.

  • Builds, agrees, ensures and facilitates shipping of the orderbook per customer through main sell-in period each year, as well as timely execution of additional order opportunities throughout the season.

  • Continues sales analysis to manage product life cycles, inventory levels, and capitalize on successes and addresses issues as needed.

  • Monitor competitor’s activities and performance, along with implementing strategies and tactics to compete. He/she ensures market expertise and knowledge.

  • Expand sales network in line with channel strategy per market, actively looking for appropriate new sales partners by defining market needs and support, facilitate and propose (new) ways to increase sales.

  • Conducts contract/commercial negotiations with customers when needed.

  • Travel to meet with key customers in person is required on a regular basis.

  • Present and Sell: Showcase our innovative golf collection, including hardware, footwear, and apparel, to potential clients and partners.
  • Implement Sales Strategies: Execute effective sales strategies for various categories to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Account Development: Cultivate and expand both existing and new accounts to optimize distribution in line with Cobra Puma Golf's strategies.
  • Sales Responsibility: Take ownership of sales targets and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Budget Planning: Assist in budget planning with a focus on your managed area to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Market Monitoring: Stay ahead of the competition by actively monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
  • Event Planning: Organize and execute Cobra and Puma consumer events to engage and attract customers.
  • Business Reporting: Provide regular business reports as directed by senior management to track progress and identify opportunities.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with sales, marketing, merchandising, sales support, and operations teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
