Your mission

  • Own revenue, margin, and profitability for assigned European key accounts, delivering against regional and country targets

Your talent

  • Proven track record managing Amazon (Vendor and/or Seller) or comparable pure player accounts, with hands-on ownership of availability, replenishment, and in-season performance
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing revenue, margin, inventory, and profitability KPIs
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret Amazon-specific KPIs (e.g., in-stock rate, Weeks of Cover, article profitability) and translate them into impactful commercial decisions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working cross‑functionally and presenting to buying and senior leadership teams.

Your mission

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for driving sustainable profitable growth within General Sporting Goods and Athletic Specialty channels in Western Canada; based out of Calgary. They will keep in mind brand priorities while serving the needs of the consumer.   • BA/BS with concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, Sales preferred.

  • 5+ years of footwear and/or apparel selling or retail buying/merchandising/planning experience.

  • Exceptional communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.

Location: Tamil Nadu- Multiple Store Locations within Assigned Territory

Role Summary: The Area Retail Associate (ARA) supports the Area Sales Manager by ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and sales performance across multiple PUMA SIS in a designated region. This role acts as a bridge between store teams and area leadership, helping drive store execution, training, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Support & Operations:-

  • Assist multiple SIS with day-to-day operational requirements.

  • Tracking competition to keep abreast of new developments in the market and providing regular feedback to ensure constant improvement in the product offering

2. Sales Performance & Targets:-

  • Deliver targeted sales nos. from SIS & Bi-brand stores by driving desired Puma Retail standards

  • Track SIS-level KPIs

  • Support SIS Staff in achieving sales targets through improved service and selling skills.

  • Analyze SIS performance and share insights with the Area Sales Manager.

3. Visual Merchandising:-

  • Ensure VM standards are implemented consistently across all SIS.

  • Coordinate with VM team for execution of seasonal updates, campaigns, and product launches.

  • Audit SIS display quality and provide corrective action plans.

4. Inventory & Stock Management:-

  • Assist SIS in stock replenishment, stock counts, and shrinkage control.

  • Identify fast/slow-moving products & support stock balancing across stores.

  • Report stock gaps and discrepancies to the Area Manager and Merchandising team

5. Training & Team Development:-

  • Conduct on-floor training for new and existing Retail Associates.

  • Reinforce product knowledge, customer service expectations, and selling skills.

  • Support performance coaching for SIS staff.

6. Franchisee management 

  • Handle Key accounts and franchisee 

Working Conditions:

  • Field-based role. Requires daily/weekly travel across assigned stores.

  • Flexible hours, including weekends and retail peak seasons.

Your mission

Execute the assigned sales and marketing strategies by developing specific account plans and maintaining a profitable business.

  • Travel extensively throughout designated territory calling on all assigned Running Specialty accounts, weekends sometimes required for key events.

  • Attend key retailer and channel events, such as trade shows and conferences.

  • Provide the highest level of service and technical expertise from sell in to sell through.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with accounts in the territory as well as internal stakeholders to help drive the business.

  • Manage all aspects of the business for wholesale account list including, but not limited to:

    • Sell in process – product presentations and product trainings.

    • Business planning, order entry and all operational tasks.

    • Order book management

    • Shop merchandising and sell through planning.

  • Achieve annual sales volume targets for given territory and key accounts. 

  • Achieve annual channel distribution targets for given territory.

  • Deliver all orders by booking deadline.

  • Provide Channel Sales Manager with weekly account updates and sales tracking to both prebook and annual quarterly sales targets.

  • Identify and cultivate new Running Specialty accounts within the designated territory.

  • Provide product and brand training throughout the territory to drive sales within the market, as needed.

  • Proactively manage order book with designated Sales Support Rep on a daily and weekly basis to review all open orders and ensure product is shipping.

Your talent

  • College degree preferred.
  • 3+ years in an outside sales role, Running and/or sports industry preferred.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the Run Specialty channel.
  • Former competitive high school or collegiate runner is preferred.
  • Ability to travel is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • Must have comprehensive, current experience and knowledge, including technical knowledge of Running footwear and apparel, including competitive brands. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
  • High level of energy and professionalism.
  • Exceptional follow through and organizational skills.
  • Ability to convincingly present product and brand using PowerPoint and spreadsheet software tools.
  • Efficient time management skills with the ability to multi-task and focus on primary business objectives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The hiring range base pay for this position is $82,000-$111,315 + Bonus + Benefits

Your mission

  • This role is an individual contributor level.
  • The Senior Demand and Business Planning Manager will develop the seasonal inventory forecasts for footwear, apparel, and accessories using and creating forecasting tools, analysis, and re-alignment.
  • Responsible to consolidate and communicate the forecast to senior leadership in merchandising, product management, and sales / sales operations
  • Work cross functionally with sales management and merchandising to ensure the inventory forecast is strategically planned to key product initiatives and relevant to distribution plans
  • Be the key stake holder at monthly meetings with finance to review on hand inventory and future forecasted inventory
  • Review and analyze seasonal bookings against forecast / inventory to communicate action plans and provide strategic guidance for future products
  • Work directly with key account managers and sales leaders across the organization to ensure inventory is properly planned in accordance with customer needs
  • Communicate forecasting and replenishment strategies to support channel distribution
  • Responsible for reporting on category bi-monthly inventory purchases in accordance to sourcing guidelines along with Puma regions for global alignment
  • Work directly and closely with procurement to ensure inventory is bought in accordance with Go-To Market plans and submitted on deadlines; must review development sign offs to ensure product launch timelines

  • 5-7 years of experience in planning, forecasting and/or supply chain management
  • Strong working knowledge of merchandising, forecasting, and retail processes

Your mission

The Planner Wholesale is responsible for managing sales, inventory, and forecasting processes for assigned wholesale accounts or product categories. This role drives in‑season business performance, supports cross‑functional alignment, and ensures account plans meet financial targets for sales, margin, receipts, and inventory. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning the planning process with cross‑functional partners.

Seasonal Planning and Wholesale Forecasting Support

  • Build seasonal, annual, and long‑range sales and inventory plans for assigned accounts/categories.

  • Develop bottom‑up financial forecasts leveraging historical data, current trends, and account needs.

  • Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and insights team to align pre‑season targets, product strategies, and inventory requirements.

  • Create forecast plans that maximize margin, sales, and inventory productivity.

  • Monitor weekly sales, inventory levels, and sell‑through to identify risks and opportunities.

  • Re‑forecast sales, receipts, and inventory based on trend shift throughout the season.

  • Manage franchise, key item and replenishment forecasts and provide guidance to improve accuracy and account sell-through.

Communication & Reporting

  • Analyze business drivers to understand performance by channel, style, door, and other key attributes.

  • Support hindsight and post‑season recaps to influence future planning and buy strategies.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Insights and Finance teams.

  • Participate in go‑to‑market milestones and account-facing meetings, providing data‑driven planning insights.
