Your Talent
Experience in sales support, preferably from within the sports industry
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and digital communication tools
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
Service-minded and great at multitasking
Positive, reliable, and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude

Your Mission
In this hands-on role, you’ll be a key part of PUMA’s Teamsales business across the Nordics. You’ll have daily contact with your Teamsales colleagues behind the scenes to ensuring that contracts are managed correctly, and you will support retailers with all types of challenges they may face – everything from sales order management to sports marketing support & event activation.
Your key responsibilities include:
Providing strong back-office sales support and ensuring the best service for our Teamsales customers
Managing cross-functional contact with other functions, in order to deliver a seamless experience for our customers
Maximizing order flow in the Teamsales area, including order management & processing top-up orders effectively
Identifying new sales opportunities based on customer needs & brand goals, including managing the sell-out process
Assisting with sales planning and forecasting processes
Supporting customer sales/sports marketing events and activations
Preparing data & relevant information for sell-in processes
Creating & maintaining sales data reports to ensure regular, transparent, and clear information flow
