Ready to take the reins of one of PUMA’s key locations and lead through the biggest retail moments of the year? At PUMA Jindalee, we’re on the hunt for a Store Manager who thrives in the fast lane, drives results, and builds strong teams. With Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day, and more on the horizon, this is your chance to lead a store to success with the support of a passionate Area Manager and Senior Store Manager by your side.
What You’ll Do
This role is all about action, leadership, and results. You’ll set the standard for performance, energise your team, and make sure the store is ready to shine when it matters most.
Lead by Example: Spend most of your time on the floor, coaching, motivating, and driving performance.
Smash Peak Trade: Guide your store through Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day, and other key milestones, ensuring targets are not just met but exceeded.
Grow the Team: Recruit, train, and develop seasonal casuals into confident, capable team members.
Deliver Excellence: Put customers first, ensuring every interaction reflects PUMA’s premium service standards.
Own the Operations: Manage inventory, compliance, and loss prevention to keep the store running smoothly.
Champion the Brand: Bring PUMA to life through visual merchandising and local marketing initiatives.
