- Sales Management: Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals via offering and showing products to customers, assisting them in choosing products, consulting on product purposes, properties, quality, care rules, prices, offer substitute, new, and related products, calculating purchase costs, issuing receipts, preparing documents, packing purchases, and handling exchanges.
- Leadership: Leadership skills are essential for overseeing daily store operations, and fostering effective communication within the team.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.Take measures to prevent and resolve conflict situations.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and ensure product availability.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
