Your talent

  • Education : Bachelor degree in business studies

  • Professional : 
    - Minimum 12–15 years of merchandising or product management experience in global sports or fashion industries, including leadership roles.
    - Strong cross-category experience in Footwear and Apparel merchandising.
    - Deep understanding of global line planning, product lifecycle management, and seasonal GTM (Go-To-Market) processes.
    - Industry: sports or lifestyle business

  • IT Skills : Sufficient in manipulating Microsoft Excel and Power Point, basic knowledge of ERP

  • Language Skills : Local Language, English (Business Level)

  • Competencies : Strategic Vision and Commercial Acumen / Analytical Thinking/Problem Solving / Convincing Others / Global Collaboration and Cross-Cultural Communication / Creativity & Innovation / Operational Excellence (MOPS and Retail Integration) / Teamwork

  • Functional Skills : Analytical Skills to reflect key findings of result to future planning / Networking and Communication skills to work cross-functionally

Your mission

​Provide Leadership and Strategic Direction for the Merchandising Managers in order to guide and drive Country Range architecture and Planning for maximum sell-through results, reaching financial targets whilst supporting Global Brand Strategy. Position is Go-to-Market focused in terms of execution and planning.

  • [Task 1] (30%)
    Merchandising Process: Manage merchandising operational process and timelines to implement solid cross-functional strategic planning and efficient order management for responsible area/country for the entire FW and Apparel
    In line with global merchandising directives, managing merchandising assortment planning to deliver against Country financial target and Divisional / BU objectives.

  • [Task 2] (25%) 
    Delivering KPIs: execute Country Merchandising plan to deliver against agreed Country KPIs and Divisional / BU objectives.

  • [Task 3] (20%)
    Market information input: Take lead of local market research/analysis about own brand and competitions including local retail price information, provide timely feedback to global and regional product development teams through regional merchandising function.
    Direct Creative Direction to interpret global concepts into locally resonant product stories, guiding visual identity and seasonal narrative in collaboration with Marketing and Design.

  • [Task 4] (15%)
    Cross-Functional / Cross-Divisional Alignment: collaborate with Country Sales- Retail- and Marketing teams to coordinate activities against agreed and aligned Financial targets or other Country relevant Strategic goals. Guide and support Strategic and Key Account implementation in the Country in order to achieve maximum sell-through result and receive desired Divisional and Product mix.
    Partner with MOPS (Merchandising Operation) to ensure robust forecasting, inventory control, and demand-driven replenishment strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.

  • [Task 5] (10%)
    Lead Retail Merchandising (Retail MD) strategy, creating clear product segmentation and assortment by channel (own stores, online, key accounts).
