Solid experience leading affiliate marketing on a global scale, ideally in retail, lifestyle, or sports — and a strong track record of driving real growth
Deep knowledge of affiliate platforms (e.g. AWIN, CJ, Rakuten), tracking tools, feed management tools (i.e. Feedonomics) and optimization levers in a complex, multi-region setup
A strategic mind with strong analytical skills — you can turn performance data into action and make smart decisions quickly
Strong relationship-building skills — you know how to work with senior leaders and external partners to get buy-in and drive results
A collaborative, hands-on approach; you are comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and know how to get things done across teams and time zones.

Your mission
As our Senior Manager for Global Affiliate Marketing, you will take full ownership of the channel’s global growth. You will shape the vision, set the roadmap, and bring together regional and global teams to make affiliate marketing a key revenue driver for the business. You will work closely with senior leaders, tech partners, and regional teams to build something scalable, forward-thinking, and impactful. You won’t just manage what exists — you will question what’s possible, test bold ideas, and set new benchmarks.
Develop and lead the global affiliate marketing strategy and roadmap — ensuring it supports our broader business goals and delivers sustainable growth
Build strong, high-value relationships with affiliate networks and top partners, making sure we are always aligned on what matters most
Challenge the current setup, spot quick wins, and uncover new opportunities through data, insights, and a healthy dose of curiosity
Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to make sure affiliate marketing is tightly integrated into our global marketing and growth plans
Keep an eye on what’s next — from trends to tech — and use it to fuel smart innovation and a test-and-learn mindset across the channel.
