Your Talent
Organizational effectiveness: Efficiently organizing and managing the stockroom to optimize space and accessibility/ Keep the inventory system up-to-date/Location and quantities.
Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in receiving goods, labeling, and maintaining inventory records.
Effective Communication: Reporting discrepancies and coordinating with the Store Manager and other staff.
Technical Proficiency: Using inventory management software and other computer programs effectively.
Compliance Awareness: Adhering to safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
Problem-Solving Skills: Addressing issues related to inventory discrepancies and pre-sale preparation.
Your Mission
Achieve Sales Goals: Mantain the proper level of inventory to ensure the store consistently meets or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability targets through effective planning and expense control.
Receiving Goods: Control the process of acceptance of goods from the warehouse and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
Inventory Management: Control the inventory records in accordance with local laws.
Storage: Manage the organization of the inventory in the stockroom as per the Store Manager's instructions.
Pre-Sale Preparation:
Manage preparation of goods for sale, including checking labels, prices, and applying security sensors.
Ensure all items are correctly labeled and report any discrepancies.
Compliance: Adhere to labor and production discipline, safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Identify and report and mantain or dispose damaged inventory to SM+ASM.
Team Management:
Training, supervising, and monitoring stockroom team to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly and efficiently.
