Your Talent

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Professional:
    -
    Minimum of 4-8 years’ experience in accounting or financial operations, preferably in a multinational company
    -
    Experience in the retail industry is an advantage
  • IT Skills: Experience with SAP FI/CO modules is preferred / Proficiency in Excel
  • Language Skills: Good command of written and spoken English

    - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Your Mission

  • [SUMMARY] This role is responsible for executing daily financial transactions with a primary focus on accounts payable. The position ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely processing in accordance with internal and external reporting standards.
  • [Task 1] Accounts Payable & General Ledger (25%):
    - Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate posting. 
    - Review employee expense claims and verify compliance with company policies. 
    - Assist in month-end closing activities including accruals 
    - Perform assigned balance sheet reconciliation task 
  • [Task 2] Treasury Support (25%):
    - Prepare vendor and employee payment schedules and execute payments in a timely manner. 
    - Record and verify cash/bank transactions 
    - Support monthly cash flow forecast preparation. 
    [Task 3] Audit & Tax Filing Support (20%):
    - Prepare supporting documents and schedules for internal/external audits.
    - Support VAT and corporate income tax filing processes in coordination with external tax advisors. 
    - Assist customs declaration support by collecting necessary documents and liaising with logistics or brokers as required. 
    - Identify potential tax-related issues and escalate to Senior Finance Manager. 
    [Task 4] Inventory Accounting (15%):
    - Review and verify the accuracy of recorded inventory cost and allocated expenses in the ERP system. 
    - Collaborate with SCM team to verify inventory transactions properly booked. 
    - Reconcile inventory accounts with warehouse stock reports and investigate variances. 
    - Monitor inventory aging and support provision calculation for slow-moving or obsolete stock. 
  • [Task 5] Intercompany Reconciliation (10%):
    - Prepare and reconcile intercompany balances on a monthly basis. 
    - Investigate and resolve mismatches by coordinating with global and regional affiliates 
    - Ensure intercompany transactions are recorded in compliance with internal policies and accounting standards 
    - Process intercompany settlement process via COUPA and timely clearing of balances. 
  • [Task 6] Process Improvement & Compliance (5%):
    - Follow company procedures and internal control requirements to ensure compliance. 
    - Support finance team in updating local policies in alignment with global standards. 
    - Communicate with employees regarding finance compliance matters. 
    - Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects as assigned.
