Your mission
- Oversee the daily operations of our Intelligent Automation systems (such as UiPath, Celonis, PowerAutomate, …) and ensure their reliable performance
- Monitor system integrity, performance, and functionality to detect and resolve issues proactively
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by end-users
- Develop workarounds, temporary fixes, and permanent solutions to resolve system anomalies and bugs
- Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize system improvements or ensure timely bug resolution
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of software changes, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Create and maintain technical documentation (such as PDD and SDD), user guides, troubleshooting procedures and other relevant materials
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users regarding Intelligent Automation systems
- Develop automation solutions to reduce manual tasks including scripting, reporting and process improvement in direct cooperation with business users
- Conduct SIT with IT teams and UAT with business user and support hypercare
Your talent
- University or equivalent degree (B.S. or M.S.) in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering or related field
- Solid experience (2-3 years) in supporting or developing Intelligent Automation systems, such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Low Code (PowerPlatform)
- Strong troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and automation tools/frameworks (e.g. UiPath, PowerAutomate)
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Hands-on mindset, enthusiasm and drive to perform
- Good cross-cultural communication skills
- Capability to maintain schedules and standards in a fast-paced environment
- Service-oriented mindset
- Fluent in Business English
