Now we’re looking for an Operations Representative - Ecommerce to help us keep our online game at the next level.
What’s the role?
Be the engine behind PUMA’s ecommerce success.
This is where the engine room of our digital operations comes together. You’ll be the link between platforms, payments, logistics, and customer service, making sure everything runs smooth from click to delivery. Whether it’s testing a new feature on the website, solving process challenges, or being the customer’s voice in shaping better experiences, this role puts you right at the heart of our ecommerce hustle.
What you’ll do
Own the flow, drive the detail.
Your focus will be keeping operations sharp and efficient while delivering the best possible customer experience. Every day will look a little different, but each one will push you to problem-solve and keep things moving at speed.
Keep ecommerce operations running at full throttle across OMS, SAP, and other platforms.
Partner with customer service and logistics to deliver seamless experiences and keep customers coming back.
Test, troubleshoot, and support new features across the site and app, on every device, every browser.
Own the details: from reporting key metrics to suggesting ways to make the customer journey sharper.
