Your Talent
Proven experience, also in a ledearship role, in E-Commerce, Retail, and strategy development / execution
Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Project management experience with a track record of successfully managing and executing strategic initiatives
Deep understanding of market trends, opportunities, and challenges within the E-Commerce and Retail sectors globally
Prior experience in a top tier consultancy is a must.
Your Mission
You will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Direct to Consumer to create, develop and execute comprehensive strategies for all channels and functions globally
Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the marketplace, informing strategic decisions
You build business cases and manage the transformation / development of the department in close cross-departmental partnerships to ensure alignment of E-commerce and Retail strategies with broader company objectives
Program manage the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring they adhere to brand values and deliver a cohesive consumer experience
Manage and own the communication with all HQ teams as well as the regions
Own and manage all critical contracts globally and locally to stay on top of our investments
Monitor and report on the performance of E-Commerce and Retail strategies, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement in alignment with relevant stakeholders.
