The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Casual Customer Service Representative to join our Moorabbin-based team. This is a flexible, energised role perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, communication, and keeping things smooth behind the scenes. You will be part of the team who ensures our partners, stores & internal stakeholders feel confident, supported and understood.

This isn’t headset-in-a-cubicle customer service, this is the engine room of the brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the go-to support for our internal sales teams and accounts, helping ensure orders, deliveries and requests flow effortlessly. On any given day, you might be:

  • Managing order processing, product inquiries and follow ups

  • Coordinating with Demand Planning, Purchasing and Operations to make sure things land where they should, when they should

  • Helping resolve challenges, returns and account queries with grace and efficiency

  • Keeping reporting, updates and communication crisp, clear and on time

  • Being the “calm in the inbox storm” when things get busy (and they do!)
