Your Talent
5+ years of work experience in Retail Merchandise Planning/Business Planning/Demand Planning/Sales Planning preferably in E-Commerce.
Deep understanding of seasonal merchandise planning and buying cycles, and E-Commerce processes across different functions.
Solid understanding of ecommerce platform business models e.g Zalando, Amazon, AboutYou, Otto, Ebay.
Excellent knowledge in managing merchandise planning KPIs.
Excellent knowledge in Excel is a must, knowledge in SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
Strong self-organization and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced and matrix organization.
Your Mission
Responsible for achieving the Financial KPIs for the Marketplace business.
Responsible to deliver a numerical product business plan in liaison with the Category Management, Marketplace Trading & Merchandising Teams.
Responsible for formulating MP product strategy by aligning with WHS team.
Responsible for weekly forecasting of operational ecommerce/logistics KPIs in liaison with Trading – ASP, GM, Orders and Returns.
Responsible for product ranging and live rates on MPs.
