Your Mission
In this pivotal role, you’ll support the Store Manager in driving store performance, leading a dynamic team, and delivering best-in-class customer experiences. You’ll be a coach, a motivator, a strategist, and someone who leads by example on the sales floor.
Lead with impact: Support the Store Manager in cultivating a culture of energy, accountability, and excellence.
Drive results: Push to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals through smart planning and team motivation.
Elevate your team: Recruit, train, and develop high-performing, customer-focused team members.
Champion the customer experience: Deliver service that sets the bar, and coach others to do the same.
Own the floor: Be present, be active, and be engaged, spending most of your time where it matters most: with your team and your customers.
Run operations like a pro: Manage inventory, visual standards, and loss prevention while keeping day-to-day operations seamless.
Step up when needed: Act as Store Manager in their absence and keep the momentum moving forward.

What You Bring to the Game
We're looking for a proven leader who’s passionate about retail, thrives under pressure, and is excited to shape a winning store culture.
2-4 years of management experience in a high-energy retail environment (apparel/footwear preferred).
A track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Strong people leadership, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Adaptability, resilience, and drive, you thrive on challenge and lead with positivity.
A passion for sports, fashion, and delivering standout customer experiences.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and adapt to the demands of a retail schedule.
