Your mission

  • Develop an optimal and attainable supply plan based on demand, forecast and S&OP process to support all KPI & SLA such as OTIF, service levels, inventory, lead-times, and total cost objectives for the product range. Execute developed supply plans by creating, submitting, maintaining, and verifying purchase orders with factories/agents in ERP and vendor collaboration systems.
  • Determine manufacturing schedule that works within production lead-time and capacity while allowing sufficient transit time for goods to ship to end customer On Time In Full (OTIF) 
  • Implement supply planning strategies for designated product categories and distribution (WS, Retail, E-comm) to enable a competitive advantage to bottom-line and top-line company growth.
  • Investigate problems, find root causes, and develop solutions to avoid costly delays and lost sales opportunities.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to successfully develop and execute new product introductions including supply planning, follow-up, and execution to achieve on-time product launch.
  • Improve customer service levels via balancing supply and demand.  Identify inventory shortages and communicate with sales and logistics to expedite shipment of products to achieve high levels of customer service.
  • Action PO changes through the global negotiation process to fulfill minimums and secure production. Validate confirmed handover dates align with customer expectations and service launch date requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to supply and procurement planning process.
  • Participate in process innovation projects as required.
  • Effectively develop strategic partnerships with global sourcing teams and effectively manage sourcing partnerships and internal networks to deliver best in class performance for all product categories.
  • Contribute to process documentation and validation for all supply and procurement planning processes.

    Position Base Location: The position is based out of the warehouse located at Luhari. Candidates should note the location while applying for the role.
    Position Summary: Responsible for delivering Key KPIs for managing the returns process and maintaining inventory accuracy within the warehouse. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that returned goods are efficiently processed, stock levels are accurately recorded, and discrepancies are promptly addressed.     Key Objectives:
    • Oversee the end-to-end returns process, including request approvals in TMS, reverse pickups, document management, stock tracking, and 3PL coordination.
    • Improve turnaround time (TAT) from return initiation to stock availability while ensuring compliance with SLAs.
    • Maintain optimal stock levels in distribution bins, manage replenishments, and prevent shortages.
    • Conduct periodic cycle counts, reconcile actual stock vs. SAP/WMS records, and ensure timely stock put away for both fresh inbounds and returns.
    • Ensure accurate documentation in coordination with finance and taxation teams.
    • Handle internal accounting through SAP, track key milestones, and provide periodic updates to stakeholders while ensuring on-time reconciliation with stores and customers.
    • Prevent excess/expired inventory and manage disposal of unaccountable or defective returns with necessary approvals.
    • Procure packing materials and maintain hygiene standards for storage bins.

    • Ontime closure of the reconciliations with the stores and customers.
    • Procurement of packing materials for returns processing.
    • Ensure that product stock is sufficient for all distribution bins and can meet direct customer demand.
    • Ensure that stock is replenished to avoid shortages or excesses.
    • Closely working on the forecast of inwards and returns for avoid the shortage bins and delays in Put away.
    • It should not have unfulfilled orders or shortages because of inventory shortages.
    • Order Fulfillment has to done on property for all the short pick units.
    • Conduct stock reconciliations (SAP/WMS), generate reports on aging, bin accuracy, and consumption, and support W2W audits.
    • Disposal of the unaccountable returns stock, with the proper approvals.

    Your mission

    • Travel extensively throughout the Northwest territory to service assigned Running Specialty accounts; occasional weekend travel required for key events.

    Your mission

    The Key Account Manager supports the objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned key accounts, delivering against the budget and commercial expectations, while executing with respect to PUMA standards and qualitative objectives. The main job responsibilities are as below:

    • To lead and drive the sales efforts with assigned Key Accounts. Segment all key customers according to the AP blueprint and allocate resources (time, people) according to financial objectives and segmentation framework (no of visits, VM support, order intake modus etc).

    • To lead the identification and development of new business opportunities in the key segment. Support the development and implementation of Key Excellence Mgmt by briefing and utilizing available selling tools and technologies eg Digital Catalogue, B2B Ordering tools

    • To coordinate and manage the seasonal sell-in process and Go-to-Market activities with respect to distribution policies and brand initiatives.

    • To deliver the seasonal sell-in targets for the account(s), agree with account(s) on expected KPIs / sell-thru targets and monitor the progress. Ensure continuous monitoring of the Orderbook making sure orders are placed and converted according to agreed timelines. To seek continuous re-orders opportunities from time to time.

    • To forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on Key Account Performance i.e. Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, Orderbook. To monitor and report on customer and competitor performance ie market share, situation and development, sell-thru performance and ROI on key activities.

    Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Finance and/or related courses, preferably with Master's Degree in the related field also.

    Professional Skills:

    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years at managerial level in Business and analytical role in multinational corporation

    • Previous retail finance and analysis experience is a must - strong understanding of relationship between retailers and operations is required

    Functional Competencies:

    Your mission

    The Business Analyst is responsible for formulating a comprehensive commercial calendar detailing distribution, display, promotion and activation priorities and commercial excellence. They will also improve the Wholesales customers business and Operational Performance across the Philippines (PH) through Sell in / Sell out and statistical analysis, providing decision-making proposals and recommendations to the wholesales head of sales and the wider PH Wholesales management team. The Analyst actively engage in the day-to-day controlling and management of the Business, being the natural go-to person for any data- and number-related information or queries.

    Task 1:

    Collect, Structure, Analyze and Report (Wholesales Customers)- Establish Systems and Processes to collect, structure and analyses reliable Business, Operational and Merchandising Data and KPI’s to enable Wholesales Senior Management to proactively manage the Wholesales business. Enhance and/or develop a suite of Dash Boards and Reports to provide visual presentations and comparisons across countries, channels and time periods.

    Data Accuracy - In cooperation with Global IT, Country- and Regional IT, ensure data from POS systems are reconcilable between various system platforms (e.g. Sell in/ out data system, Power BI, data warehouse inbound etc) and provide monthly reconciliation of store count, budget performance etc.

    Ad Hoc Reporting - Prepare ad hoc business analysis and reports for management purposes as and when required.

    Task 2:

    Business Monitoring and Management - Analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly/seasonal data and provide commentary on individual territory’ and stores’ monthly performance, highlighting problem areas and recommending corrective actions. Through Business and Statistical analysis, identify Areas of Improvement as well as Key Success Factors within the in-country business. Participate in Monthly Business Reviews with individual countries, leading the business grow YOY.

    Observation List Management – Closely monitor stores with extreme performance swings and/or loss-making Business and work cross-functionally to ensure that corrective action plans are in place. Provide a monthly Observation List to Senior Management

    Task 3:

    Store Investment Evaluation/ Market information – Review incoming proposals on business unit focus, Propose and provide recommendation of business opportunity. Execute key area, malls, Stores, and evaluation of Store Openings to evaluate accuracy and implement measures to increase accuracy and PUMA business at customers’ level.

    Task 4:

    Standardize Country Reporting – Standardize the reporting used for managing the Retail Business within countries and across the Region, providing first-class templates and processes to identify focus areas and pain points

    Training and Support – Power BI – Train and teach sales teams to analyses their business in detail. Provide clear and consistent definitions of KPI’s and support countries in the development and implementation of new practices/ Business tools

    Task 5:

    Business and Budget Planning – Actively participate in the Planning and Budgeting of the Business through evaluation of in-year Forecasts (FC1, FC2, LE) and Budget proposals and Mid-term Business Plans. Critically evaluate assumptions and provide feedback and recommendations
