Your mission

  • Drive commercial results by managing revenue, margin, profitability, and identifying growth opportunities through data and market analysis.
  • Optimize inventory and in‑season performance by managing the full sell‑in cycle, improving assortments and replenishment, and ensuring accurate forecasting

Your mission

Manager Sales Sportstyle & Field Accounts is responsible for driving sales and developing Sportstyle & Field Accounts in line with the company’s sales strategy.

Your mission

  • Manage all aspects of sales, marketing, account strategy as well as day to day operations at Key National Accounts (Golf Town, Sport Chek)

  • 3+ years in Key Account Sales role.

  • Strong understanding of sport performance, equipment and lifestyle brands and their distribution channels.

Your mission

Realize sales deals to gain visibility and credibility in local markets:

  • Closely collaborate with local distributors and wholesalers to identify and realize sales deals opportunities with local professional clubs, federations, etc.

Your mission

This position is to support the objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned Account(s), delivering against the Sales Target and commercial expectations, while executing in respect to PUMA standards and qualitative brand objectives.   

Task 1: To drive and manage all business activities in relation to the account(s) assigned. Represent and document the interest of the account with PUMA interfaces and balance brand goals with account needs by leveraging Customer Info Deck and Customer Business Plans.

Task 2: Ensure continuous monitoring of the Orderbook making sure orders are placed and converted according to agreed timelines.  To deliver the given Sales Target for the account(s), work with account(s) on expected KPIs / sell-thru targets and monitor the progress. 

Task 3: To drive the annual selling and activity schedule (GTM Process) for the accounts assigned - Conducts business review meetings, range review and selling meetings etc. Support the key account team in customer segmentation and assortment planning in accordance with seasonal initiatives and brand investments.

Task 4: To recruit and build the sales organization with respect to the AP Sales Org blueprint. To develop, train and lead all direct reports thru clear target setting, objectives guidelines and sales disciplines.

Task 5: To forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on accounts’ Performance i.e. Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, Orderbook. To monitor and report on customer and competitor performance ie market share and development, sell-thru performance and ROI on key activities.

Your mission

  • This position must be located within the Eastern Region.
  • Responsible for leading and developing a team of Territory Sales Managers in the East region toward company financial goals in sales & merchandising all COBRA & PUMA Golf products to golf professionals and key off course retailers in the assigned territory.
  • Accountable for managing all phases of the regional business including financial management, professional product presentations, Territory Sales Managers responsibilities; development of initial orders and stock levels, seasonal marketing plans, account sales knowledge/training, product clinics, merchandising, fitting and all operational and financial tasks within the territory.
  • Minimum travel expectations 2-3 weeks in market each month.
  • Develop and facilitate rapport within COBRA PUMA Golf and PUMA to work effectively with Customer Service, Product, Merchandise, Operational and Marketing teams to make sure customer & company needs are being exceeded. Maintain strong relationship with select key accounts and internal departments that support key accounts.
  • Ensure Territory Sales Managers meet the highest level of service and technical expertise each season from sell-in to sell-through.
  • Continuously monitor and report competitors’ activities and performance, along with leading and implementing strategies and tactics for Territory Sales Managers to compete.
  • Attend regional and national sales meetings and trade shows as requested.
  • Exceed financial goals through leading the field team to achieve annual sales and profit objectives for designated region.
  • Organized, bi-weekly calls with your team creating open dialog and streamlining communication.
  • Travel extensively throughout defined region to monitor and manage distribution and execution of Brand Strategy; COBRA PUMA Golf and PUMA product segments; Footwear, Apparel and Accessories.
  • Manage, train and provide strategic direction to Territory Sales Managers in regional markets, developing selling and organizational skills to lead to improved territory performance.
  • Present new product line at customer accounts, as well as regional Sales Meetings.
  • Prepare, in cooperation with Product Management and Inventory Control, seasonal product forecasts. 
  • Manage appropriate marketing investments and in-store presence with designated sales team.
  • Develop, build and grow relationships with all key stakeholders within designated Key Accounts.
  • Deliver all required reports, weekly sell-thru analysis, Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly analysis of sales versus forecasts on time.
  • Manage account budgets and provide monthly spend updates.
  • Work hand-in-hand with sales & marketing organizations to develop plans that are reflective of COBRA PUMA GOLF core brand attributes, and that drive traffic and consumer demand to Key Accounts with the objective to convert to sales.
  • Provide the highest level of service and technical expertise each season from sell-in to sell-through.
  • Develop growth targets and achieve sales goals by quarter and by category as defined by Director of US Golf Sales.

Your talent

  • BA or equivalent. Masters a plus.
  • Financial savvy along with strong analytical ability and an overall business orientation.
  • 8-10+ years experience in US golf club and apparel sales within defined territory, along with strong technical skills in hard goods and soft goods.
  • Ability to travel extensively through regional market, 40-50% travel.
  • Extensive COBRA PUMA Golf knowledge as well as sports apparel experience are necessary to be successful in this role.
  • Supervisory experience is required along with proven leadership, communication, follow through, presentation and time management skills.
  • Must be able to convincingly monitor, produce, and present metrics, reports, and product information applying high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, to customers as well as COBRA PUMA Golf sales management, while meeting business deadlines and fulfilling supervisory responsibility.
