Your mission

  • Manage all aspects of sales, marketing, account strategy as well as day to day operations at Key Account (specifically PGA Tour Superstore).

  • Drive sales revenue, margin, and profitability for assigned strategic accounts, delivering against regional and country targets.

Your mission

  • Own sales revenue, margin, and profitability for assigned strategic accounts, delivering against regional and country targets.
  • Lead the analysis sell‑through, retail insights, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and inform assortment, replenishment, and in‑season actions.

  • Collaborate closely with Planning, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations to ensure on‑time delivery, healthy inventory, and operational accuracy for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain high forecasting accuracy by submitting timely demand forecasts and tracking risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to pricing governance, distribution rules, and internal controls.
  • Lead process improvements that increase operational efficiency and reduce error rates.
  • Drive alignment with Marketing, Merchandising to coordinate account‑specific plans and ensure cohesive brand execution.
  • Represent account needs in cross‑functional discussions and ensure execution aligns with brand guidelines and commercial priorities.
  • Act as a collaborative partner and positive contributor to the broader Key Account and Sales organization.

Your talent

  • 5-7+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Commercial roles, ideally within the sporting goods, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven track record managing major retail or digital accounts, with ownership of sell‑in, sell‑through, forecasting, and in‑season trading.
  • Strong understanding of seasonal Go‑To‑Market (GTM) processes, assortment planning, and distribution frameworks.
  • Experience working with multi-functional partners (e.g., Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Supply Chain).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Skilled in interpreting sell‑through, inventory health, and market data to drive decisions.
  • Solid negotiation skills and high comfort presenting seasonal collections to buying teams.

Your mission

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for driving sustainable profitable growth within Generalist Lifestyle channels nationally. The hiring range base pay for this position is $87,040 - $110,976 + Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate).

Your mission

  • Travel extensively throughout designated territory calling on all golf accounts in the marketplace including Off Course Retail, Green Grass, Management Groups, and National Accounts
  • Provide the highest level of service and technical expertise from sell in to sell through
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with accounts in the territory as well as internal stakeholders to help drive the business

  • Work closely with National Account Managers to provide store level feedback, spot product or merchandising needs to find sales opportunities or sku expansion
  • Provide product and brand training throughout the territory to drive sales within the market
  • Conduct Demo/Fitting Days throughout the territory as well as maintain, manage and train Tech Reps to assist in Demo/Fitting Day coverage
  • Proactively manage order book with designated Sales Support Rep on a daily and weekly basis to review all open orders and ensure product is shipping.

Your talent

  • 3+ years in an outside sales role, golf industry preferred.
  • 5+ years experience in a customer service and/or sales facing position
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
  • Must have comprehensive, current, experience and knowledge, including technical knowledge of Golf Clubs, Footwear and Apparel.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI)
  • High level of energy and professionalism.
  • Exceptional follow through and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail sales practices

Your mission

  • Maintain and develop the CPG business in the assigned territory at all potential customer locations as approved in advance by the Director of Sales (DOS)
  • Develop the strategic account sales plan that maximizes the potential for the CPG Brands in the territory.
  • Ensure the territory sales and service objectives as set out annually are achieved or exceeded.

  • Call on each Golf Town outlet in the territory with a minimum call frequency as established by the DOS.
  • Attend all functions and events as directed by CPG in the promotion of the business.
  • Attend all Sales meetings and Trade shows as directed by the DOS
  • Submit all customer orders in a format as set out by the Company and with the deadlines as established by the DOS.
  • Support all company policies and initiatives and in particular the Company’s commitment to environmental sustainability programs it undertakes Globally, Regionally and locally.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred along
  • 3-5 years’ sales experience in the golf industry or equivalent experience.
  • Passion for golf.
  • PGA of Canada Class-A Professional preferred
  • Industry knowledge in golf club components as well as fitting procedures and technologies (such as launch monitors, shafts, etc...)
  • Spoken and written language:  English
  • Fashion sense knowledge of the golf industry essential
  • Results driven with the ability to take initiative and influence all levels internally and externally.
  • Proven PC and computer applications skills, with the ability to develop and present ideas effectively.
