Your mission

The Planner Wholesale is responsible for managing sales, inventory, and forecasting processes for assigned wholesale accounts or product categories. This role drives in‑season business performance, supports cross‑functional alignment, and ensures account plans meet financial targets for sales, margin, receipts, and inventory. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning the planning process with cross‑functional partners.

Seasonal Planning and Wholesale Forecasting Support

  • Build seasonal, annual, and long‑range sales and inventory plans for assigned accounts/categories.

  • Develop bottom‑up financial forecasts leveraging historical data, current trends, and account needs.

  • Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and insights team to align pre‑season targets, product strategies, and inventory requirements.

  • Create forecast plans that maximize margin, sales, and inventory productivity.

  • Monitor weekly sales, inventory levels, and sell‑through to identify risks and opportunities.

  • Re‑forecast sales, receipts, and inventory based on trend shift throughout the season.

  • Manage franchise, key item and replenishment forecasts and provide guidance to improve accuracy and account sell-through.

Communication & Reporting

  • Analyze business drivers to understand performance by channel, style, door, and other key attributes.

  • Support hindsight and post‑season recaps to influence future planning and buy strategies.

  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights for cross‑functional partners and senior management.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Merchandising, Insights and Finance teams.

  • Participate in go‑to‑market milestones and account-facing meetings, providing data‑driven planning insights.

  • Ensure alignment between account needs, product strategies, and internal inventory plans.

  • Communicate proactively about inventory risks, product flow issues, and changes in demand.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Merchandising, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of wholesale planning, retail planning, or inventory management experience.

  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, logical formulas).

  • Experience with planning systems, reporting tools, or BI dashboards preferred.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to present analysis to cross‑functional teams.

Your mission

The Junior Planner Wholesale supports the planning team in executing seasonal strategies, maintaining accurate sales and inventory data, and assisting with account‑level analysis. This role is an excellent entry point into wholesale planning, with a focus on learning core planning processes, supporting cross‑functional teams, and contributing to pre‑season and in‑season business needs. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, curious, and eager to develop foundational planning skills.

Seasonal Planning & Business Support

  • Assist in preparing basic seasonal and annual sales plans by pulling historical data, updating templates, and maintaining accuracy in planning documents.

  • Support the creation of key account plans by entering sales, margin, and inventory inputs provided by planners and sales partners.

  • Maintain and update weekly sales tracking files, including sell‑through, receipts, and inventory positions.

Your mission

  • To support the objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned key accounts, delivering against the budget and commercial expectations, while executing in respect to PUMA standards and qualitative objectives

  • Task 5: To forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on Key Account Performance i.e. Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, Orderbook. To monitor and report on customer and competitor performance i.e. market share, situation and development, sell-thru performance and ROI on key activities

Your mission

This position is responsible to support the objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned Account(s), delivering against the Sales Target and commercial expectations, while executing in respect to PUMA standards and qualitative brand objectives.

Task 4: To forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on accounts’ Performance i.e. Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, Orderbook. To monitor and report on customer and competitor performance ie market share and development, sell-thru performance and ROI on key activities.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or relevant studies.

Professional: A minimum 1 year experience in Sales / Retail / Merchandising. Preferably, candidates from sport, retail and FMCG background.

Your mission

  • Responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing and operations for assigned group of National Key Accounts including, but not limited to:  Amazon, World Wide Golf, TGW, Zappos and Nordstrom.

Your mission

The Key Account Manager supports the objective of driving profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth within assigned key accounts, delivering against the budget and commercial expectations, while executing with respect to PUMA standards and qualitative objectives. The main job responsibilities are as below:

 

  • To lead and drive the sales efforts with assigned Key Accounts. Segment all key customers according to the AP blueprint and allocate resources (time, people) according to financial objectives and segmentation framework (no of visits, VM support, order intake modus etc).

  • To deliver the seasonal sell-in targets for the account(s), agree with account(s) on expected KPIs / sell-thru targets and monitor the progress. Ensure continuous monitoring of the Orderbook making sure orders are placed and converted according to agreed timelines. To seek continuous re-orders opportunities from time to time.
  • To forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on Key Account Performance i.e. Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, Orderbook. To monitor and report on customer and competitor performance ie market share, situation and development, sell-thru performance and ROI on key activities.
