As Senior Key Account Manager for Strategic Accounts, you champion the brand’s vision, voice, and values with customers who shape culture, set trends, and influence the consumer journey at scale. Acting as the trusted strategic partner to the Teamhead of Strategic Accounts, this position is responsible for translating brand ambition into marketplace impact, ensuring our identity, innovation, and product stories come to life with clarity, purpose, and distinction.

  • Build and deepen senior relationships with Buying Directors, Merchandise Managers, and key decision‑makers.

Joint Business Planning & Commercial Growth

Drive the commercial engine behind our highest‑visibility retail partnerships. You’ll build aligned business plans, unlock new opportunities, and turn data, insight, and consumer demand into growth that both the brand and the retailer can feel season after season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute joint business plans with key strategic partners.

  • Identify whitespace opportunities and drive growth across categories and channels.

Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Leadership

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead GTM execution for JD Sports, Foot Locker, and other strategic Style accounts.

Marketplace Management & Performance Optimisation

Own what happens on the floor. From sell‑through to inventory to lifecycle performance, you’ll control the key levers that keep the brand sharp, profitable, and positioned exactly where it needs to be in a fast‑moving marketplace.

  • Drive strong sell‑through performance and manage product lifecycle decisions.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a senior commercial operator with the capability to lead high‑stakes accounts and influence cross‑functional teams with clarity and confidence.

Required:

  • Proven experience managing major retail or strategic accounts within footwear, apparel, sports, lifestyle, or a similar category

  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue, margin, and growth

Your mission

  • Develop and deliver preseason parameters to Merchants, outlining budget allocations for style options while optimizing product flow and inventory turn.

  • A proven record of leading large Pan‑European or multi‑market strategic accounts and delivering sustained revenue and profit growth is essential.

  • An extensive experience negotiating high‑value commercial agreements, long‑term partnership frameworks, and joint business plans.

  • Strong understanding of wholesale, distribution, and omnichannel dynamics—across commercial, operational, and financial levers—is critical.

  • Demonstrated success collaborating cross‑functionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Retail is expected.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Economics is required, with an MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience leading and developing high‑performing commercial teams in complex, matrixed international environments is necessary.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional European languages considered an advantage.

Your mission

  • Responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing and operations for assigned group of National Key Accounts including, but not limited to:  Amazon, World Wide Golf, TGW, Zappos and Nordstrom.
