Your Talent

Tu es issu·e d'une formation minimum BAC+2/3 dans le domaine de la gestion commerciale et tu as une première expérience similaire en stage ou en alternance (services client ou gestion de portefeuille client).

Excel n'a aucun secret pour toi et tu as une appétence pour les outils tels que Business Intelligence. Tu es capable d’échanger en anglais et en espagnol (B2).

Tu seras responsable de la gestion administrative et commerciale et garant·e de la qualité de service aux clients, dans le respect de la stratégie commerciale et opérationnelle de PUMA. Tu auras notamment pour missions :

  • Gestion administrative des dossiers, comprendre les besoins, analyser et gérer les carnets de commandes, les risques, suivre et solutionner les éventuels litiges.
  • Analyser nos différents KPI et faire du reporting : conformité du carnet de commande, respect des engagements de livraisons, satisfaction client, litiges transport…
  • Entretenir la relation commerciale en garantissant la meilleure qualité de support et de service délivrée aux clients.
  • Avoir un rôle transverse au quotidien en faisant l’interface entre les Sales et la Logistique.

  • Experience with launch monitors (Trackman, Foresight, or FlightScope) and golf club fitting
  • Understanding basic and intermediate fitting terminology
  • Knowledge of golf ball flight data characteristics (speed, launch, spin)
  • High level of energy, initiative and professionalism
  • Ability to set up and break down a fitting day, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to conduct 40-50 events in a calendar year

Your Mission

  • This role supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand.
  • The Fitting Specialist will be responsible for setting up and conducting our fitting days in the field for their respective territory.
  • Duties will consist of maintaining fitting tools, setting up the fitting day, organizing orders from the fitting day to be placed by the account or local Territory Sales Manager, keeping accurate fitting records and being the point of contact for our brands for all account requests pertaining to fitting days and fitting day follow up.
  • This will include one on one fittings with our consumers, participating in large scale brand events, Staff and VIP golf club fittings and working with the local Territory Sales Manager to maintain outstanding relationships with our accounts.

  • Golf Club/Product knowledge is Required
  • Golf Retail experience along with club fitting experience is helpful
  • Prior Customer Service experience in a call-center environment (preferably Golf Company).
  • Excellent typing and computer skills (MS Office required). Lotus Notes helpful.
  • Possess a courteous and professional phone manner.
  • Energy for work and passion for the brands and the game of golf.
  • Must be self-motivated and a team player.
  • Ability to multi-task and be organized.
  • College degree preferred
  • Flexibility in work schedule in a call center that operates from 6 AM to 4:00 PM. (hours subject to change based on business needs and seasonality)

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $17.02 - $23.64 + Bonus + Benefits

Your Mission

  • Ability to handle a high call volume while simultaneously utilizing systems to retrieve information and enter incoming orders.
  • Utilize expertise in Cobra and PUMA product knowledge while communicating with golf professionals, sales associates and consumers.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with ability to identify core issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Drives business through upselling/cross selling other products to wholesale and consumers.
  • Ensures timely execution of order entry and consumer emails via Freshdesk.
  • Learn and work within established policies and procedures, with sound judgment.
  • Make recommendation and cross-sell over the phone using product availability information.
  • Composed and enthusiastic phone voice with good articulation.
  • Daily order entry of Puma Golf and Cobra stock/custom golf clubs.
  • Primary communication will be executed via email with Sales Reps and Accounts.
  • Order entry turn around time of less then 24 is required.
  • Extensive follow up communication will be required on order entry updates, invoice questions, and/or product launch details.

Your Talent

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in customer service, ideally with a focus on key account management
  • Strong process understanding and the ability to navigate complex organizational and customer structures
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English, combined with confident use of MS Office tools (especially Excel, Teams, and SharePoint), knowledge of SAP HANA desired

Your Mission

  • Manage assigned customer accounts and cultivate professional, future-oriented business relationships at the operational level with key account clients
  • Accurately record, process, and validate incoming orders—including those received via EDI—ensuring availability, pricing, and terms are correct, while maintaining proactive communication with customers regarding delivery timelines and product updates
  • Ensure compliance with customer-specific shipping instructions and timely delivery of goods through regular coordination with the warehouse and other relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor and maintain order backlogs (order book management), collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, and liaise with cross-functional departments such as Purchasing, Accounting, Back Office, IT, Marketing, and Merchandising
  • Analyze, prepare, integrate, and visualize data from various sources and databases, and consolidate insights from multiple reports to support decision-making
