Your Mission
As a Store Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
Ensure the store consistently delivers high standards of customer experience in alignment with PUMA’s brand values and service standards.
Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff development.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that reflects PUMA's commitment to diversity and teamwork.
Drive operational excellence through effective planning, expense control, and performance management.
