Your Talent
- Proven track record in marketing within consumer or lifestyle brands or agencies, with a strong passion for sport—especially golf—and a deep understanding of lifestyle and culture.
- Strong grasp of marketing principles, campaign development, and emerging media technologies, combined with a creative, cross-category mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects under tight timelines, with solid organizational and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, paired with strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive insights.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; detail-oriented, resourceful, and self-motivated.
- Fluent German and English are essential, French as additional language is a big plus
- Based in HQ in Herzogenaurach/ Germany with some travel within Europe.
Your Mission
- Actively contribute and drive our European Golf BU forward utilising your marketing expertise, passion and skills.
- Lead the development and execution of brand heat and Go-To-Market strategies through digital, PR, retail and sports marketing channels.
- Oversee PR initiatives including brand and product messaging, influencer partnerships, and product seeding campaigns.
- Partner with senior leadership and wider marketing team to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic brand innovation.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring alignment with financial goals and KPI’s.
- Spearhead and drive trade marketing across Europe, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to deliver high-impact instore and digital excellence.
