Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1+ years of experience in Retail Marketing, ideally with a sport or luxury fashion and accessories brand
  • Demonstrated success managing retail activations and in-store event production through vendors or local agencies
  • Proven track record of executing events and analyzing KPIs to measure performance
  • Strong project management, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends without advance notice
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically for events and activations

The hiring range base pay for this position is $64,350 - $82,900 + Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate).

Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. 

Your Mission

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop comprehensive monthly marketing directives for PUMA owned full price stores
  • Plan and manage a robust calendar of deliverables focused on in-store activations, paid media, Email, OOH, Social, affiliate marketing
  • Serve as point person to troubleshoot needs arising out of the planned scope and deliver timely solutions to support uninterrupted store services.
  • Strong working relationships with PUMA’s external partners, providing direction and communications focused on briefing, cost negotiation and end-to-end project management
  • Create best-in-class communications to field associates and serve as primary point of contact for owned projects
  • Develop, plan and execute in-store activations for product launches within Sportstyle, Hoops, Run/Train, Teamsport, Motorsport, as well as athlete and ambassador appearances and local community initiatives in accordance with marketing strategy
  • Travel to Las Vegas or communicate remotely to manage events at Flagship store
  • Maintain all project records and present after-action reporting that ladder back to individual project goals/KPI’s and be able to articulate clear ROI
  • Partner effectively with all business partners, including Sales, Merchandising, Store Operations, Marketing and Creative, Inventory Planning and Human Resources, creating an internal network and significant work-flow efficiencies
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as requested or assigned
