Your mission
- Assisting the Manager in all matters relating to Office Administration/ Community Engagement. Ensuring that a high standard of Employee Relations is maintained that is in agreement with company guidelines. Providing support and assistance in Office Administration to managers and maintain accurate and professional records
- Front Office & Community Representation: Serve as the on-site representative for the Community team and provide daily support to employees, visitors, and building tenants
- Welcome guests in a professional manner and guide them to the appropriate meeting or appointment
- Office Operations & Document Handling: Manage the account; processing and handling of incoming and outgoing letters, documents, and courier items as required. Maintain overall office cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness, ensuring all shared spaces and work areas meet company standards
- Event Coordination & Employee Engagement Support: Work closely with the Employer Branding/Engagement team to clearly understand requirements for internal events or community activities
- Assist with planning, logistics, and coordination of events, ensuring alignment with financial, operational, and timeline constraints
- Administrative Support: Monitor office supplies, pantry items, stationery, and relevant operational materials; coordinate purchasing and replenishment.
- Arrange e-visa & TRC applications and required documentation for both internal and external guests when needed
- Prepare basic administrative reports, summaries, or records as requested by the Manager
- General Support & Other Duties: Provide comprehensive support to Managers on assigned tasks. Handle additional responsibilities or special assignments requested by direct supervisors
Your talent
- University Degree with 3-5 years of experience in relevant position
- Good communication with ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management
- A good team player when part of a project. Self-motivated, customer oriented, good problem solving skills
- Mature with good listening skills and also with the ability to influence others. Good knowledge of labor law regulations & HR in Vietnam
