Your mission

  • Analizar y hacer el seguimiento de los KPIs definidos con el operador logístico, llevando una actualización constante entre WMS y ERP, para velar por el cumplimiento del forecast proyectado. 
  • Hacer seguimiento y evaluar el funcionamiento de los sistemas de automatización en bodega, con el objetivo de velar por la continuidad operacional del almacén. 
  • Supervisar y proyectar el funcionamiento del almacén mediante el análisis de datos y KPI’s para mantener un control operativo diario del outbound, inbound, logística inversa, inventarios, etc; y contribuir a la mejora continua de la operación. 
  • Realizar la compra de insumos y la coordinación con los proveedores de la recepción de estos para velar por la continuidad operacional del almacén. 
  • Analizar periódicamente la paridad entre los inventarios del ERP y WMS en coordinación con el área de finanzas para mantener la confiabilidad del stock disponible en niveles acordados. 
  • Supervisar y coordinar la salida de productos de scrap y segunda calidad para destrucción o ventas, con el objetivo de contribuir a la baja de activos sin movilidad y a la liberación de espacio en el Centro de distribución.  
  • Coordinar con el operador logístico el ingreso de productos a stock del almacén para mantener el cumplimiento al proceso de calidades establecido.  
  • Coordinar con clientes y tiendas PUMA la programación de recepción de logística inversa para velar por una gestión de devolución según el proceso establecido. 

Your talent

  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia en gestión de Logística Operacional. 
  • Experiencia en Warehouse Management Sistem y gestión de operaciones logísticas (KPIs, layout, etc). 
  • Excel avanzado (indispensable)

  • Analizar y ejecutar el proceso de registro de ingresos y egresos de las tiendas físicas, para contribuir con la información en el sistema contable.
  • Analizar y verificar el reporte de registro de las ventas diarias y cobros de tiendas físicas con el objetivo de mantener la información contable en el ERP.
  • Verificar y hacer seguimiento a los gastos de tiendas relacionados con arriendo, gastos comunes, servicios básicos, entre otros.

Your talent

  • 2 a 3 años de experiencia en el área contable
  • Contabilidad General – IFRS
  • Conocimiento en ERP
  • Excel intermedio avanzado

Your mission

Encauzar y hacer seguimiento de la relación comercial con los clientes con el objetivo de velar por el cumplimiento de la estrategia definida por la organización para la cuenta asignada.

  • Proyectar y coordinar, junto con planificación, las cargas de producto mensual (sell in) por cliente con el fin de lograr el objetivo de ventas mensual y anual.
  • Coordinar reuniones de gestión de ventas periódicas para levantar información con los clientes de la cartera para lograr el cumplimiento de indicadores de ventas, oportunidades, y de desarrollo de nuevos negocios.
  • Proyectar y encauzar las preventas Trimestrales y/o semestrales para cada cliente para lograr los targets y planes estratégicos definidos por la organización.
  • Analizar los resultados de sell out e inventarios para identificar oportunidades comerciales y cumplimiento de KPIs y de mercado (Share) por cliente para lograr visualizaciones de las desviaciones tomando acciones comerciales (descuento y resurtido).
  • Proyectar el forecast de compra (assortment, profundidades, exclusividades, etc.) con el objetivo de contribuir a la estrategia definida por la compañia para cada cliente.
  • Coordinar la estrategia por cuenta con las diferentes áreas de la organización con el fin de lograr el cumplimiento del plan comercial. (Campañas, assortment, exhibición, eventos comerciales).

Your talent

  • 4 a 5 años de experiencia en área comercial / producto, realizando funciones de compra o venta de producto. De preferencia en la industria deportiva
  • Conocimiento del Mercado, tendencias, competidores.
  • Análisis y proyección de ventas.
  • Excel avanzado.
  • Inglés, avanzado
