Your mission

  • Apoyar al Store Manager mediante un enfoque proactivo, gestionando y promoviendo las ventas para alcanzar o superar los objetivos de ventas, KPIs de tienda y metas de rentabilidad, posicionando a PUMA como la marca deportiva más rápida del mundo.
  • Revisar, en conjunto con el jefe de tienda, la distribución y revisión diaria de las acciones y variables de venta para alcanzar los objetivos previstos en el presupuesto de la tienda.
  • Revisar, en conjunto con el jefe de tienda, el análisis del perfil de clientes, tendencias de compra, e información de la competencia para impactar y dirigir el negocio.
  • Coordinar, junto al jefe de tienda y el área de operaciones, los programas de capacitación para el equipo de trabajo, con el fin de contribuir con una cultura de servicio al cliente.
  • Realizar y apoyar al jefe de tienda, en el reclutamiento, entrenamiento, desarrollo y sucesión de personas en la tienda.
  • Mantener el cumplimiento de los procesos y políticas establecidos en la tienda (aperturas/cierres, gestión de ventas, inventarios / bodega, entre otros); de acuerdo a los objetivos establecidos por PUMA.

  •  2 a 4 años de experiencia previa en cargos similares.
  • Habilidad probada en conocimiento de KPIs del negocio y liderando equipos.
  • Conocimientos de office.

Your mission

Encauzar y hacer seguimiento de la relación comercial con los clientes con el objetivo de velar por el cumplimiento de la estrategia definida por la organización para la cuenta asignada.

  • Proyectar y coordinar, junto con planificación, las cargas de producto mensual (sell in) por cliente con el fin de lograr el objetivo de ventas mensual y anual.
  • Coordinar reuniones de gestión de ventas periódicas para levantar información con los clientes de la cartera para lograr el cumplimiento de indicadores de ventas, oportunidades, y de desarrollo de nuevos negocios.

  • Proyectar el forecast de compra (assortment, profundidades, exclusividades, etc.) con el objetivo de contribuir a la estrategia definida por la compañia para cada cliente.
  • Coordinar la estrategia por cuenta con las diferentes áreas de la organización con el fin de lograr el cumplimiento del plan comercial. (Campañas, assortment, exhibición, eventos comerciales).

Objetivo del puesto.

- Asegurar la correcta ejecución operativa y comercial de la tienda, apoyando al Store Manager en el cumplimiento de objetivos de venta, control de inventario, experiencia de cliente y liderazgo del equipo de trabajo.

Responsabilidades principales:

- Supervisar la operación diaria de tienda garantizando el cumplimiento de estándares comerciales y de servicio.

- Experiencia mínima de 2 a 4 años en posiciones de supervisión, subgerencia o gerencia dentro de retail.

- Experiencia comprobable liderando equipos de trabajo

- Experiencia operando en tiendas de alto volumen de venta y alto flujo de mercancía, con manejo de alto volumen de piezas e inventario dinámico.

- Enfoque en rapidez operativa, rotación de producto y cumplimiento de indicadores comerciales.

- Habilidad para toma de decisiones, organización, análisis de indicadores y seguimiento a planes de acción.

Your mission

  • Lead the regional marketing strategy to strengthen brand positioning and business growth across the region.

  • Lead athlete, team, and ambassador servicing across the region to ensure alignment with brand standards and contractual agreements.
