Your mission

  • Lead the cluster’s activation strategy across influencer marketing, social media, PR, and events, ensuring alignment with regional priorities, brand direction, and seasonal storytelling
  • Drive creator and influencer marketing excellence, including selection, relationship management, briefing, content direction, and optimization of performance and deliverables
  • Oversee social media strategy and execution, including content planning, localization of global assets, publishing, community management, and analytics-based optimization
  • Lead PR and communications initiatives, managing media relations, sample processes, press materials, agency partners, and all reporting and coverage tracking
  • Steer the planning and execution of events and brand activations, ensuring high-quality, on-brand delivery through strong project management, budget oversight, and cross-functional coordination
  • Provide cross-functional and team leadership, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, managing a small activation team, and ensuring structured processes, efficient workflows, and flawless execution.

Your talent

  • 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, and/or event activation within consumer goods, lifestyle, sports, or fashion industries, with a solid understanding of digital platforms and creator ecosystems
  • Proven leadership in creator and influencer programs, including agency management and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing activations
  • Strong expertise in social and PR operations, including content best practices, digital KPIs, media relations, press activities, and sample management
  • Demonstrated project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple priorities and ensuring high-quality execution under tight timelines
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities, fostering alignment across internal and external partners
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-driven, with the ability to simplify complexity, drive structured workflows, and ensure operational excellence
  • Language skills - fluent in English and German, with strong verbal and written communication abilities

Your mission

  • Lead the trade marketing domain for a portfolio of area accounts, developing annual trade marketing plans aligned with commercial targets, brand priorities, and category initiatives.
  • Ensure strategic alignment with global brand direction while tailoring marketing plans and activations to local market needs, account priorities, and community relevance.
  • Oversee execution excellence across in-store, digital, and retail channels, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery of co-op and trade marketing initiatives, including adaptation of global toolkits to account-specific use.
  • Own budget management and performance analysis, including allocation of activation budgets, measurement of sell-out and ROI, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Drive strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Category Marketing, Brand, Retail Operations, and key external partners to ensure fully aligned, commercially impactful account marketing plans.

Your talent

  • 7–10+ years of experience in trade, account, or channel marketing within wholesale or retail-driven environments, with a strong understanding of consumer journeys and sell-out drivers.
  • Proven track record developing and executing co-branded or account-specific marketing plans with major retail or field accounts.
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen, including budget ownership, ROI measurement, and translating insights into strategic improvements.
  • Cross-functional collaboration strength, particularly with Sales and Commercial teams, connecting marketing plans to business outcomes.
  • Project management capability, including overseeing multiple activations simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, complemented by an agile, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to adjust plans based on performance or market opportunities
  • Language skills - fluent in English and German, with strong verbal and written communication abilities

Your mission

At PUMA, we connect sport & culture on a global stage. This roles focus will be on key strategic Marketing Partnerships. The Energy & Culture Marketing Lead will work on our pinnacle product partnerships with high complexity and is responsible for leading big‑impact, end‑to‑end marketing campaigns that connect brand strategy, creative excellence, and business objectives. This role owns integrated campaign planning across all channels - paid, owned, earned, retail, and experiential - while serving as a key strategic partner to internal teams and external agencies. The Lead ensures cohesive storytelling, operational excellence, and measurable brand and commercial impact.

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Own end to end full funnel campaign planning for strategic Marketing Partnerships.

  • Serve as lead in developing consumer first marketing stories to support product sell-in to sell-thru.

  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across global and regional markets for strategic Marketing Partnerships. 

  • Ensure consistency in storytelling and brand messaging across all partnership touchpoints.

  • Serve as the lead marketing POC for strategic Marketing Partnerships to ensure delivery on brand priorities.

  • Learn and lead product storytelling from the PUMA archive.

  • Define, monitor, and report on KPIs for campaigns and activations, delivering insights to inform future strategies and optimization.

  • Oversee product seeding of assigned partnerships

Cross-Functional / Global to Local Alignment

  • Act as a key connector between global and regional teams, driving alignment and seamless execution across strategic Marketing Partnerships.

  • Partner cross‑functionally with product, creative, analytics, social, and communications teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

  • Work hand-in-hand with the key regions for commercial executions.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for executive-level communication, delivering timely updates and strategic insights to regional stakeholders and global partners.

Budget & Administration

  • Own marketing contracts, POs, invoices, and related administrative processes associated with partner activities.

  • Manage budgets with a high level of accuracy, ensuring tracking, forecasting, and on‑time reporting

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Successful delivery of high‑impact campaigns and initiatives, executed on time and within scope.

  • Measurable impact on brand visibility, cultural relevance, and audience engagement across key markets.

  • Effectiveness of programs, including partner performance, content output, and consumer resonance.

    Your talent

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing

    • 8+ years of experience working on collaborations, brand or retail partnerships

    • Experience & knowledge of sneaker culture, premium sneaker retail and distribution.

    • A deep understanding of collaborations in the streetwear and fashion space. With a passion for fashion, trends, design, in both apparel and footwear.

    • Proven expertise leading end‑to‑end campaign execution 

    • Strong cross‑functional communication and management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders.

    • Financial acumen, including budget ownership, forecasting, and reporting.

    • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at the executive level

    The hiring range base pay for this position is $99,200-$134,675 + Bonus + Benefits
