Qualifications and Functional Competencies:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand content strategy

  • Prior experience handling brand accounts with significant scale and engagement across Instagram, X, YouTube, Pinterest

  • Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns and external agency partners

  • Strong portfolio of social campaigns or brand content

Your Mission

Position Summary: We are seeking a strategic and creative social media professional to lead PUMA India's presence across platforms like Instagram, X, YouTube, and Pinterest. This role involves developing impactful content, managing influencer collaborations, and driving engagement while ensuring brand consistency. You’ll work closely with internal teams and agencies to execute campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize based on insights and trends.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of content creation and curation, working closely with design and copy teams to ensure compelling, platform-specific content that reflects the brand's voice and values.

Key Objectives:

  • Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand heat and engagement across all major platforms including Instagram, X, YouTube and Pinterest. You'll manage and oversee PUMA India's social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and community engagement through timely responses. You will also monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.

  • Content Creation & Curation: Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content tailored for various platforms. This includes collaborating with design and copy teams to produce compelling visuals and copy, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences. You'll also develop and execute a content calendar for all brand social channels, staying updated on content formats and trends to keep our presence fresh and relevant.

  • Influencer Marketing & Strategic Other Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage relevant influencers and agencies who align with campaign goals and brand values. You'll lead the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including planning, outreach, negotiation, briefing, coordination, content approval, and post-launch review. This also involves tracking deliverables, performance, and campaign ROI, while maintaining and nurturing long-term relationships with creators.

  • Collaboration & Analytics: Work closely with internal teams across marketing, product, digital, PR, and finance, as well as external brand and creative agencies, to ensure cohesive execution of marketing campaigns. You'll track performance metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) for both social media and influencer campaigns, preparing actionable insights and optimizing based on analytics to improve future results and ROI. You will also stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, best practices, and competitor strategies to provide strategic input.Manage internal and external stakeholders, including agency partners.

Your Mission

  • Diseñar y hacer seguimiento a la ejecución de campañas de marca de acuerdo con el presupuesto y puntos de contacto planificado, con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento de KPI de SBA definido en la estrategia del área.
  • Coordinar y encausar la compra de medios para las diferentes campañas de marca y producto para velar por el cumplimiento de la estrategia según presupuesto y documento de suficiencia de medios.
  • Desarrollar contenidos gráficos y audiovisuales para todos los puntos de contacto, con el objetivo de asegurar la consistencia y coherencia en la comunicación según el guideline de marca.
  • Analizar los resultados de las campañas con el objetivo de lograr planes de acción o learnings
  • para las futuras campañas o acciones de marca.

  • Desarrollar activaciones y eventos locales para las unidades de negocio de sports y lifestyle para lograr impulsar la relevancia de la marca con el consumidor.
  • Coordinar con los equipos de planificación, trade, commercial marketing, merchandising y sales la ejecución de las campañas para asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de temporada en tiempo y forma.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
  • +3 years of experience in the field, the sports industry, or consumer goods is a plus.
  • Proven experience with media agencies.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.

Your Mission

  • Analyze integrated plans aligned with the allocated budget for key product launches within each business unit, as well as PUMA’s overall strategy for Media and Social Media.
  • Oversee the media budget allocated to brand advertising campaigns, adjusting it in accordance with product launches and timelines.
  • Evaluate and set direction for the behavior and performance of media KPIs for each media plan, as well as the monthly growth of our metrics—including TOM (Top of Mind), SBA (Share of Brand Awareness), and Social Media performance—consistently aiming to optimize results.
  • Ensure that media investment across On and Off campaigns, along with Social Media strategies, drives product sales effectively.
  • Coordination with the media agency & Digital agencies, ensuring objectives and deadlines are successfully achieved.
  • Identify and define new opportunities by continuously assessing emerging market trends and media channels to connect with an evolving audience and keep the brand at the forefront.
  • Oversee financial control processes related to media investments, including the reconciliation of purchase orders, payments, and invoices, ensuring compliance with On and Off media contracts and alignment with internal auditing and reporting standards.
