Your Talent

  • Minimum 3-5 years of international apparel experience in a similar position with a top tier international sports company or vertical apparel brands
  • Readiness to travel within Europe
  • Very good knowledge and passion for sportswear, streetwear, sports-fashion and consumer trends
  • Very strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with complex processes at the same time
  • Team player mentality, high flexibility and open mindedness
  • Very strong analytical skills, overall business orientation
  • Very good verbal and written language skills in English
  • Deep knowledge of MS Office environment (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Initiative, energy, passion, eye for details, confident and looking for daily challenges in an international environment
  • Preferably Bachelor/Master Degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration or Marketing
  • Position will be limited for 12 months

Your Mission

  • Prepare market and competitor studies on an international level as well as analyze forecasts and sales analyses
  • Develop collection and marketing strategies for assigned apparel product lines
  • Cooperate with Merchandising, Design and Development (PUMA Group Sourcing) to ensure that the final collection is reflecting market needs
  • Work closely with Business Unit, footwear, apparel and accessories teams to ensure concept and product coordination across all product segments
  • Drive the product creation process based on the Go-to-Market calendar
  • Present the product lines to international partners and key accounts
  • Regular market and fairs visits.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance or related experience
  • Minimum 10 years international apparel product management experience with top tier international sports company, with 3+ years management experience required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Credible knowledge of sportswear/fashion consumer trends and Apparel market/retail dynamics in different markets
  • General knowledge of international retail environment
  • Awareness of agile working methods to foster collaboration with key stakeholders in design/development to capture fast lead times
  • Strong leadership skills. High initiative, high energy, passionate, decisive, eye for detail, confident.
  • Strong analytical, overall business orientation
  • Ability to frame and defend an alternative position
  • Ability to convincingly present category knowledge using PowerPoint and spreadsheets
  • Up to 30% domestic and international travel required, including regular travel to PUMA’s HQ in Herzogenaurach, Germany.

Your Mission

  • Managing market- and competitor studies on an international level hand in hand with Merchandising organization as well as analyzing forecasts and sales analyses
  • Together with Business Unit management developing and assuring detailed collection strategies on seasonal basis and under consideration of company as well as Business Unit strategies
  • Responsible for developing a conceptual assortment plan (CAP) on base of the Merchandising plan (MPL) as well as fulfillment of range planning parameters (Category/Segments/Styles/Price Points/DC/Customers/product flow/color merchandising)
  • Close cooperating with the teams of merchandising, design and development (PUMA Group Sourcing), regions and other Stakeholder ensuring that the final collection reflects market needs as well as aligning on Head of level concerned apparel, footwear and accessories assortment to ensure a concept and product coordination across all product segments
  • Leading and driving the assigned product category through the whole product development and creation process based on the Go-to-Market calendar
  • Responsible for product costing and costing impact on product quality, margin and net sales to achieve set goals within the assigned product category
  • Presenting the strategy- and product lines to international partners and key accounts as well as supervise the preparation of international meetings
  • Final checking of the instore date
  • Regular feedback to Senior Management, especially BU Management, on category development
  • Collaborate in planning the whole sell-in support (catalogue etc.) as well as in coordinating the product equipment and packaging
  • Ensuring an accurate and timeless set up as well as maintenance of all lines and all required information
  • Executing business trips to target markets as well as supplier visits on a frequent basis
  • Functional and disciplinary leading and developing of the Product Management team in the particular BU
  • Collaboration with external partner (assets and/or Co-Labs)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, product marketing or collection merchandising in the footwear lifestyle industry. Strong footwear production creation knowledge is mandatory

  • Graduate studies in Business Administration, Sports Management or comparable degree
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product management in the sporting goods industry, preferably lifestyle footwear products

Your Mission

  • Bring a keen market and trend awareness through a commercial lens to the Core FTW and Sandals ranges
  • Lead and drive the assigned product category (Core FTW and Sandals) through the whole product development and creation process from brief through sales handover, based on the Go-to-Market calendar
  • Collaboratively develop and innovate footwear franchises on seasonal basis under consideration of company and overall Business Unit strategies
  • Collaborate closely with merchandising, design, development/sourcing, regions and other Stakeholders to ensure that the final collection is anticipating and reflecting the market needs. Align the apparel, footwear and accessories assortment to ensure concept and product coordination across all product divisions.
  • Provide regular feedback to Head of and BU Management on category development
  • Manage market- and competitor studies on an international level hand in hand with Go-to-Market organization as well as independently analyzing forecasts and sales analyses to drive decision making
  • Develop a conceptual assortment plan (CAP) as fulfillment of range planning parameters and KPIs (Category/Segments/Styles/Price Points/DC/Customers/product flow/color merchandising)
  • Drive and challenge product costing and costing impact on product quality, margin and net sales to achieve set goals within the assigned product category
  • Present  strategy- and product lines to international partners and key accounts as well as supervising the preparation of international meetings
  • Collaborate in planning sell-in support, on product communication and packaging
  • Ensure accurate and timely set up and maintenance of product data in system (PAC)
  • Travel on business trips to key markets and accounts as well as supplier visits on a frequent basis
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Product Management team in the particular BU (direct reporting lines).
