Your mission

  • Lead in creation and execution of innovative apparel designs which meets the requirements of the PUMA Training BU briefs, process and calendar

  • Integrate product and technical developments into apparel design for the product category / customer

  • Under the direction of the Product Leader, collect market intelligence, providing all involved with accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments and utilizes them effectively

  • Produce, maintain and update creative presentations, sketches, Illustrator drawings, specifications, mood board, color directions, commenting s/o as required

  • Ensure that design activities leverage learning across the Puma organization

  • Contribute to adequate protection of PUMA’s intellectual property

  • Supporting Management Team of Design Training BU and helping to manage the design tasks on a daily basis, and mentor Designers in the team

  • Oversee the process of daily tasks and responsibilities in the Speed and Partnership timelines

  • Travel for development, market, and design inspiration where necessary depending on annual budget.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Fashion and/or relevant field of study

  • Minimum 8+ years relevant experience in the fashion, sportswear or casual sports lifestyle space specializing in apparel

  • Experience of directly leading a small design is a strong advantage

  • Proficiency and refinement in all stages of presentation, from concept to final design review

  • Have a broad knowledge of apparel manufacturing and prototype making

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong MAC, CAD, and analytical skills

  • Ability to function autonomously as well as in a cooperative, diverse group

  • Leadership capabilities, including ability to motivate and mentor others within work group

Your mission

  • Prepare market and competitor studies on an international level as well as analyzing forecasts and sales analyses

Your mission

  • Conduct international market and competitor analyses, including forecast and sales data evaluation

  • Develop collection and go to market strategies for assigned product lines

Your mission

Your mission

  • Drive the European Motorsport merchandising strategy by aligning regional assortments with global direction and ensuring performance‑driven, consumer‑relevant range choices.

  • Lead the Go‑To‑Market process by managing calendars, deadlines, and cross‑functional information flow to secure smooth seasonal execution.

  • Shape regional merchandising plans by consolidating insights, analyzing data, and translating global initiatives into actionable assortment decisions.

  • Adapt global Motorsport assortments and tools for European markets, validating item selections and tailoring them to regional needs.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of regional pricing by managing system updates and aligning with global pricing guidelines.

  • Consolidate, review, and elevate channel forecasts to support financial expectations and ensure timely global submissions.

  • Provide analytical input for financial midterm planning through structured data gathering, reporting, and budget preparation.

  • Strengthen collaboration across Global Product, Sales, E‑Com, Retail, Marketing, and Operations by ensuring aligned information, documentation, and commercial readiness.

  • Monitor in‑season performance, interpret sales and margin trends, and surface opportunities or risks to optimize the Motorsport business.

  • Enhance operational excellence by maintaining merchandising tools, supporting SMU and collaboration initiatives, and coordinating executional tasks such as catalogue updates, sample management, and showroom readiness.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree i n Business Administration, Marketing, Merchandising, Economics, Fashion Management, or related fields.  

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in merchandising, product management, buying, planning, or category management within retail, wholesale, lifestyle, or sporting goods. 

  • Experience working with assortment planning, forecasting, pricing, and seasonal calendars in an international or matrix organization. 

  • Familiarity with global-to-local product processes, GTM cycles, and cross-functional workflows (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Global Product).

  • Hands-on experience working with Excel, ERP/PLM systems, PIM tools, or merchandising planning platforms. 

  • Understanding of European consumer behaviors, market differences, and channel dynamics (Wholesale, Ecom, Retail). 

  • Experience preparing product catalogs, price lists, sales tools, or supporting GTM preparations is an advantage.
