Your mission

You will be an integral part of our Marketing team, supporting and contributing to the continued growth of the brand.

MARKETING ADMIN SUPPORT

  • Archive and maintain all materials/assets sent from global teams
  • Assist in task execution of projects
  • Coordinate inter-departmental requests
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team

PR SUPPORT

  • Maintain and update inventory lists for marketing materials and products
  • Develop and document all marketing purchase requests and orders
  • Coordinate logistical marketing requirements, including delivery, shipments and product movements.
  • Assist in hosting brand partners/ ambassadors / influencers in the marketing showroom and liaising with them for product orders and seeding
  • Organize and maintain marketing showroom and basement storage

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

  • Overlook internal marketing accounts through available tools
  • Monitoring and keeping accurate and up-to-date record of budget expenses
  • Assist with monthly budget reports
  • Communicating and monitoring accounting flow with third-party suppliers / agencies / vendors
  • Process financial documents by requesting and reviewing supplier quotes, preparing purchase orders, coordinating invoice submissions and approvals, and tracking and rescheduling payments with finance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and procedures.

Your talent

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent;  internship experience is a plus; or apprentice education with min of 2 years of experience

Your mission

  • Support the COBRA and PUMA GOLF brands within the marketing team, contributing to brand awareness and go-to-market initiatives across channels (TV, digital, PR, retail, ecom, product seeding, sports marketing)

  • Assist in coordinating internal and key account/media communications to ensure brand consistency

  • Help execute PR campaigns, product launches, seeding initiatives, and influencer activations

  • Provide input and support to senior team members on brand-building projects, including research on trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity

  • Assist with maintaining product roadmaps, timelines, and alignment with brand direction

  • Support in tracking marketing budgets, invoices, and campaign reporting.

Your mission

  • Develop and execute CRM campaigns in the email channel with a primary focus on driving DTC and ecommerce revenue and improving conversion rates
  • Create omnichannel consumer lifecycle journeys in partnership with other Retention team stakeholders and define email automation touchpoints, business rules, and content
  • Manage end-to-end email campaign process from ideation and calendar planning to creative briefing, segmentation, QA, deployment, CRM agency collaboration, and reporting
  • Sync with launch, merchandising, retail, and promotional calendars to support priority initiatives in parallel with other Retention and Performance Marketing channels
  • Elevate the email channel through storytelling by collaborating with internal partners to identify key brand moments and activations to highlight
  • Implement new CRM technologies and innovations to personalize and segment communications
  • Develop and implement iterative testing plans, focusing on segmentation, messaging, frequency, and personalization, to optimize campaigns to improve channel KPIs
  • Define and optimize audience segmentation strategies and create audience segmentations for all email campaigns and automations
  • Collaborate with site and other channel owners to prioritize and execute omnichannel CRM tests
  • Lead acquisition initiatives by partnering with site/app partners to drive email opt-ins and optimize sign-up journeys and touchpoints
  • Analyze performance metrics and leverage business insights to identify trends and opportunities for optimizations and to drive engagement and efficiency
  • Provide clear communication and coordination of campaign briefs, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and blockers
  • Manage the health of the email channel and the email opt-in database by regularly monitoring channel performance KPIs and identifying business opportunities
