Your mission
You will be an integral part of our Marketing team, supporting and contributing to the continued growth of the brand.
MARKETING ADMIN SUPPORT
- Archive and maintain all materials/assets sent from global teams
- Assist in task execution of projects
- Coordinate inter-departmental requests
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team
PR SUPPORT
- Maintain and update inventory lists for marketing materials and products
- Develop and document all marketing purchase requests and orders
- Coordinate logistical marketing requirements, including delivery, shipments and product movements.
- Assist in hosting brand partners/ ambassadors / influencers in the marketing showroom and liaising with them for product orders and seeding
- Organize and maintain marketing showroom and basement storage
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
- Overlook internal marketing accounts through available tools
- Monitoring and keeping accurate and up-to-date record of budget expenses
- Assist with monthly budget reports
- Communicating and monitoring accounting flow with third-party suppliers / agencies / vendors
- Process financial documents by requesting and reviewing supplier quotes, preparing purchase orders, coordinating invoice submissions and approvals, and tracking and rescheduling payments with finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with internal finance policies and procedures.
