Your mission
As Teamhead Intelligent Automation, you will lead a team of automation experts to design, implement, and scale intelligent automation solutions across the organization. Your mission is to drive efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation by leveraging technologies such as RPA, AI, and process mining.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Leadership & Strategy
Define and execute the intelligent automation strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of automation specialists and engineers.
Manage vendors and suppliers in Intelligent Automation
Implement and execute change management and communication strategies
Ensure detailed analysis of processes and systems.
Solution Delivery and Operations
Oversee end-to-end delivery of automation projects, ensuring quality and scalability.
Collaborate with business units to identify automation opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
Supervise the technical design, development, and standards of automation solutions.
Ensure seamless operation and ongoing development of automated processes and solutions.
Innovation & Governance
Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and standards for automation.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and trends in AI and automation.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and key stakeholders.
Communicate progress, impact, and ROI of automation initiatives.
Your talent
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or related field.
7+ years of experience in automation, digital transformation, or IT leadership roles.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of Automation/AI platforms, especially UiPath and Power Platform. AI/ML concepts, and process mining tools.
Understanding of cloud technologies and integration architectures.
Leadership Skills
Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects.
Strong leadership experience, including several years of successfully leading global teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Mindset
Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
