And somehow also the unofficial office Google
Good.
We are looking for exactly that person.

Manage the reception and daily office flow, greet visitors, handle incoming questions via phone and email, and create a positive and professional first impression of PUMA
Keep the office running seamlessly by coordinating suppliers, handling deliveries and post, managing practical needs and supporting administration of our company cars, including contact with providers and ensuring everything works smoothly for employees
Drive internal communication and keep colleagues informed through digital channels, including developing and maintaining the Nordic intranet as a relevant and accessible information hub
Act as our local sustainability coordinator and support shared initiatives across the Nordic offices, as well as assisting other locations remotely with office related matters when needed
Support the employee experience by arranging safety routines such as fire safety checks and first aid workshops, and occasionally coordinating internal activities and events
Your talent
Experience in office coordination, reception or a similar administrative role
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and digital communication tools
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
Service-minded, and great at multitasking
Positive, reliable, and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude
Most importantly, you bring energy. You take initiative. You see what needs to be done and you do it.
Why PUMA?
Great benefits: 5000 SEK in product allowance every year, 45% in employee discounts, health allowance, lunch card, and paid health hour every Friday.
A broad and engaging role where no two days are the same
A collaborative culture with real impact
Global connections and relationship-building across the Nordics
🐾 At PUMA, we believe in finding the right person – someone who not only has the skills, but who fits our culture of energy, integrity, and collaboration. If you’re someone who thrives on variety, enjoys creating great experiences, and brings warmth and structure to everything you do, we’d love to meet you.
