Your mission

To Ensure product delivery schedule meet launching date thru order management.

Delivery management to meet inventory level.

In charge of claim to PGS and factory.

Develop more efficient work process.

  • [Task 1] : Order placement: Apparel & Accessory (35%)

    A. Global
    - Set up the order placement date following the buying catalog on a regular basis
    - Place an order to meet the launching date target
    - Keep tracking a delivery schedule through communicating with PGS (Puma Global Sourcing)
    - Manage the order file to follow up an issue
    B. Local
    - Create Non-SourceCo order & local PO in SAP
    - Update partial shipment status per channel
    - Communicate with MD regarding inbound delivery schedule for monthly closing
     

  • [Task 2] : Order management: Apparel & Accessory (35%)
    - Keep updating information of each PO such as factory, delay of production, etc.
    - Change the ship mode / split order based on special request
    - Manage the delivery schedule to meet the inventory level and the launching dates
    - Provide the updated delivery schedule to related team
    - Share the order status to related teams
     

  • [Task 3] : Tag & Label management (5%)
    A. Global
    - Manage and update the label & tag in accordance with global guideline
    - Share tag information to related teams and communicate with global in case of issues with labels
    B. Local
    - Manage the label & tag following the guideline from Merchandising team
    - Place a tag & label order to local vendor for local products and imported products with tag issue
     

  • [Task 4] : Claim management (5%)
    - Investigate product issues and share the report to the global sourcing & related teams
    - Issue the claim in the system in a timely manner
    - Negotiate with global sourcing team to make up for the loss
     

  • [Task 5] : Forecasting accuracy & Monthly closing (20%)
    - Outstanding report
    - Report OTB & PO status
    - GR/IR clarify with Inventory report
    - Verify each channel & all div budget based on OTB for inventory status
    - Update Inbound monthly plan for RFC & FC1/FC2/FC3 & Budget

Your talent

  • Education : University degree in related major

  • IT Skills : High level knowledge of MS Excel (Database incl. Pivot Table), experience in SAP system

  • Professional : About 4 years of Demand planning or Retail / Merchandising experience in fashion or sports brand

  • Language Skills : Business English fluent

  • Competencies : Knowledge of Excel & SAP

  • Functional Skills : Business English
