Your mission

  • [Task 1] Category Range Management (30%)
    Build optimal seasonal assortments for relevant channels (franchise, SIS, wholesale) to drive net sales and gross margin performance.

  • [Task 2] Global Product Buying & Korea-exclusive Product Development (20%)
    Execute global product buying and lead Korea-exclusive product development to deliver locally relevant assortments.

  • [Task 3] Cross-functional Alignment (20%)
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Marketing to plan and execute product launches and support category business objectives.

  • [Task 4] Global Communication (20%)
    Align with global and regional stakeholders including Global GTM, Global RBU, other markets, and the Regional Creation Center to execute category strategies.

  • [Task 5] Operational excellence (10%)
    Accurate forecasting, and on-time delivery for any necessary task. Efficient priority management for multi-season management.
     

Your talent

  • Education : Bachelor degree or above

  • Professional : About 7~10 years of experience in product merchandising for apparel / Numerical sense and strategic mind set / Preferred in global buying & concept creation / Preferred experience in Sport, Outdoor, Golf brands

  • IT Skills : Excel & PowerPoint: Highly advanced

  • Language Skills : Business English fluent

  • Competencies : Team player, Proactive, Pragmatic, Positive, Open and “hands-on”

  • Functional Skills : Verbal presentation & Communication skills (Outstanding level)
