Your Mission

  • Develop a specific collection and marketing strategies for assigned product lines
  • Cooperating with Sports Marketing, Design, Development and Merchandising to ensure that the final collection is reflecting market or partner needs
  • Collaborate and drive the product creation process based on the Go-to-Market calendar and partner requirements of a specific product line
  • Preparing market- and competitor studies on an international level as well as analyzing forecasts and sales analyses
  • Support in presenting product lines to international partners and key accounts and preparation of international meetings
  • Support in planning and coordinating the instore date/product flow
  • Cross checking the final Free on Board-prices considering given target margins
  • Regular market and fairs visits
  • Ensuring the maintenance and input of all required information for selected product lines on all internal PUMA systems in a timely, accurate and consistent manner.

  • Responsible for the product creation lifecycle of the Women’s Training category. This includes developing product strategies and managing seasonal timelines to ensure on-time and successful product launches.

  • Brief seasonal product lines, including price structure, margin requirements, and style/article planning.

  • Make data-driven decisions based on historical analysis and selling performance.

  • Collaborate across teams, including Design and Development to drive consumer-centric, commercial, cohesive product lines.

Your Mission

As the Apparel Product Line Manager, you will be responsible for leading the vision and alignment of apparel across our Ambassador team. You will work closely with our partners and global brand team to bring multiple collections of apparel to life within each season, all while maintaining documentation and hitting our go to market milestones. Your role is crucial in guiding the partners through what is possible with Puma apparel and continuing to push the world of Puma apparel forward.

  • Work closely with ambassador team across multiple Business Units and categories to develop new apparel product concepts to bring the Ambassadors vision to life through the lens of Puma, balancing ambassador vision with business requirements.
  • Manage the product creation process from brief to production in collaboration with Design and Development to ensure product calendar and GTM milestones are met.  
  • Solution oriented, flexible, and decisive decision making. Can actively seek solutions within a given framework. Anticipate roadblocks and create solutions with Design and Development teams.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with the team across functions including design, product management and marketing.  
  • Facilitate alignment of footwear, apparel and accessories. 
  • Maintain flow of communication with external and internal partners for product feedback and sign off in a timely manner 
  • Represent Puma with confidence and professionalism both internally and ambassador-facing when required 
  • Work with suppliers and factory teams to identify and develop new product opportunities 
  • Maintain all product documentation and reporting systems throughout the product lifecycle (GTM documents, product management systems, etc.)
