Your mission
Lead in creation and execution of innovative product designs and deliver results in line with PUMA's seasonal development calendar; Reinforce and strengthen the brand position and help to generate consumer demand by ensuring the seasonal creative direction is expressed through RCC (Regional Creation Center) collections
Work closely with the Senior Director of RCC and Design peers to drive forward the brand DNA, market relevant design and desirability for PUMA in the EMEA region
Lead design team to produce, maintain and update creative presentations / sketches / Illustrator drawings / specifications / material overviews / color directions / boards, supporting the process and meeting all deadlines accordingly
Manage product and technical developments across given product design areas and critical paths; Guide team to attend fit meetings for prototypes and making amendments, where and when required
Lead and drive the collection of market intelligence, providing all involved with accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments and utilizes them effectively.
Drive a close cooperation with designers from inline, other RCC designers and other product areas (Footwear & Accessories) to ensure strong collaboration and 360 design concepts when needed
Lead, inspire and develop the individual team members and foster a strong team dynamic
Manage, support, motivate, coordinate and develop the assigned team including yearly performance appraisal process.
Represent your design areas as design spokesperson at internal and external meetings to present new designs, concepts and creative direction
International and domestic travel as required for Key Account meetings, market research, trend and inspiration trips, consumer insights and factories/development centers.
Your talent

8-10 years of work experience of designing for one or more leading fashion/lifestyle/sports brand, ideally in the fashion, athletic/apparel industry
Versatile designer who has experience designing products across men’s, women’s and children’s products. Strong graphic skill is preferred.
Professional experience working in team environment, ability to function autonomously as well as in a cooperative, diverse group
Professional working experience with 3D Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc
Tremendous attention to detail and extraordinary time-management skills; Key account concept and end-consumer understanding
Vertical mindset
Strategic and creative thinking, strong initiative, passionate about product
Strong communication and presentation skills.
