Your mission

As a Senior Site Merchandiser for E-Commerce, you’ll be at the forefront of creating an exceptional digital shopping experience that drives engagement and conversion. In this role, you’ll collaborate across Buying, Marketing, and Content teams to plan and execute seasonal activations, optimize product presentation, and enhance site navigation and search functionality. You’ll lead site merchandising strategies, analyze performance to inform data-driven decisions, and ensure flawless execution across digital channels. With a focus on innovation and best practices, you’ll influence user experience, implement new tools and features, and continuously refine merchandising tactics to maximize revenue and elevate the brand online.   • Own the end-to-end DTC site merchandising strategy for assigned categories, driving revenue, CVR, AOV and engagement across all digital channels.  

  • Build and execute data led site merchandising strategies that balance brand storytelling with commercial outcomes across category pages, PLP’s and seasonal campaign landing experiences. 

  • Translate trading priorities, inventory positions and customer insights into clear on-site execution plans that maximize product sell-thru and category effectiveness.  

  • Partner with Planning, Buying, Content and Marketing teams to optimize product exposure based on demand, inventory health, launch timing and business priorities.  

  • Lead product ranking, navigation, filtering and cross-sell strategies to improve discoverability and KPI's for assigned categories  

  • Analyze daily and weekly performance trends, identify opportunities and risks, and proactively adjust merchandising strategies to hit identified targets.  

  • Own category-level reporting and performance readouts, clearly communicating results, insights, and recommended actions to direct team or cross-functional stakeholders.  

  • Lead product recommender strategy. Conduct and present weekly analysis on existing product recommenders, optimize, implement new product recommenders, striving to maximize cross-sell potential. 

  • Identify and implement test-and-learn opportunities (A/B tests, new merchandising approaches, UX enhancements) to drive incremental growth. 

  • Lead the internal site search strategy end-to-end, including keyword taxonomy, synonym mapping, zero-results reduction and ongoing optimization to drive product discoverability, conversion and revenue.  

  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining accuracy, quality, and execution speed, particularly during peak trading moments.  

  • Act as a subject-matter expert for site merchandising best practices, trends, and tools within the e-commerce organization, occasionally coaching junior site merchandisers directly. 

  • Collaborate with global and regional teams to adapt global strategies to local market needs while maintaining brand consistency. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve site merchandising related functionality issues, coordinating with technical teams as needed.  

  • Champion continuous improvements by identifying gaps and recommending workflow refinements. 

  • Research competitive landscape and industry best practices to inform future site merchandising strategies. 

Your talent

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, site operations, or digital marketing. 

  • Proven track record of driving conversion and revenue through site merchandising strategies. 

  • Analytical & Data-Driven. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies. 

  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions with urgency. 

  • Passion for improving user experience, innovation, and exploring new tools, features, and merchandising tactics. 

  • Detail-Oriented, strong attention to accuracy in product presentation and site functionality. 

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, CMS, and site search tools. 

  • Familiarity with online retail best practices, UX principles, and digital merchandising trends. 

The hiring range base pay for this position is $67,700-$91,900 + Bonus + Benefits
