Your mission
Material & Trim Development and Testing
Develop assigned fabrics and trims in collaboration with relevant teams
Support trim development and maintain seasonal trim resources
Create material codes and update specifications in the material repository
Monitor material quality throughout sampling and bulk production
Ensure compliance with company testing standards for both fabrics and trims
Approve base test reports for trims and validate RSL compliance
Troubleshoot quality issues and resolve trim-related concerns
Manage vendor communication to ensure timely and accurate development
Innovation & Market Research
Search for newness in trims and fabrics to meet brand requirements
Understand brand expectations and educate suppliers accordingly
Suggest new processes or changes to reduce cost and improve performance
Color Development & Alignment
Initiate color development and ensure alignment across suppliers and regions
Handle color performance issues and resolve metamerism concerns
Review lab dips and bulk colors, providing technical advice for corrections to meet standards
Your talent
Diploma or higher qualification in Textile, Fashion, or a related discipline
3–5 years of relevant experience in material development or sourcing
Degree in Textile Engineering is preferred
Prior experience working in both factory and liaison office environments is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships
Collaborative team player with a proactive and detail-oriented approach
