Your mission
The Executive Assistant for the DTC Division is a collaborative force that keeps our high‑performing retail team moving in sync, supporting leaders and teammates with positivity and proactive problem‑solving. This role helps streamline communication and bring teams together to drive key retail initiatives forward. With a passion for teamwork and a knack for anticipating needs, the Executive Assistant ensures operations run smoothly and empowers the entire division to perform at its best.
- Managing several administrative tasks including but limited to:
- Manage and track expenses
- Coordinating meetings and group events
- Actively drive special projects as assigned
- Staff Meetings, communication, and follow up with VP direct reports
- Travel arrangements for three VPs travel and other team members as needed
- Maintaining complex schedules and calendars
- Proofreading documents
- Acts as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator: the Executive Assistant is the first point of contact for members of our executive team with other departments and outside agencies, including senior-level management and board members.
- Assist with preparation of presentations, correspondence and memos for daily, monthly and quarterly meetings.
- Handling of confidential and non-routine information.
- Department administrator for all Invoicing and Coding for Medius Flow billing.
- Coordinate inter departmental real estate meetings and maintain all notes and follow up actions.
- Assist Store Development team with tracking and follow up of all Tenant Allowance packages and reimbursement fees.
Your talent
BA or BS degree
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high growth environment supporting C level executives.
Proven mastery of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Interest and experience in interacting with all departments and levels within a company, as well as outside investors.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Interest in learning new technologies and software programs.
The hiring range base pay for this position is $67,700-$91,900 + Bonus + Benefits
Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
