Rattaché(e) au Store Manager, ta mission principale sera de vendre la gamme de produits PUMA en conseillant les clients pour leur offrir la meilleure expérience en magasin.
 

Parmi tes responsabilités :

• Garantir un haut niveau de service client, en accord avec les standards et les valeurs de la marque.
• Participer aux différentes opérations marketing et aux événements organisés en magasin.
• Assurer la réception et l’expédition des marchandises.

• Responsable de asegurar que la tienda consistentemente alcance o exceda las ventas, los indicadores clave de rendimiento y los objetivos de rentabilidad a través del uso eficaz de la planificación a corto y largo plazo, el control de gastos, las ventas y el servicio.
• Garantizar constantemente altos estándares de experiencia al cliente dentro de la Tienda de acuerdo con los Valores de Marca y los estándares de servicio de PUMA.
• Deberá invertir un 90% de su tiempo de trabajo en el piso de ventas comprometiéndose con los clientes, las ventas y el coaching a sus empleados.
• Asistir al gerente de la tienda con el reclutamiento, el entrenamiento, el desarrollo y el plan de sucesión de empleados de alto rendimiento.
• Responsable de la nómina del personal y el control de la programación condicionada por el servicio, a fin de mantener una ubicación altamente rentable, al tiempo que proporciona los más altos niveles de servicio a los clientes.
• Administrar y monitorear programas de educación y concientización sobre la prevención de pérdidas.
