Your mission

Ensure high customer service standards, manage store operations, oversee staff performance, handle cash desk transactions, maintain merchandising standards, and achieve financial and operational goals while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.

  • Sales Management: Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals via offering and showing products to customers, assisting them in choosing products, consulting on product purposes, properties, quality, care rules, prices, offer substitute, new, and related products, calculating purchase costs, issuing receipts, preparing documents, packing purchases, and handling exchanges.
  • Customer Experience & Communication: Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.Take measures to prevent and resolve conflict situations.Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Salesfloor Engagement: Spend 90% of time on the sales floor engaging with customers and coaching employees.
  • Team Management: Assist in recruiting, training, developing, and managing store staff. Motivate and encourage retail sales staff to achieve sales target
  • Store Operations: Process POS transactions (sales, exchanges, discounts and refunds) accurately in comply with Retail P&Ps. Identify, interpret, diagnose the performance of the store as based on controllable operational KPI’s  (including but not limited to CR, UPT, ATV).
  • Loss Prevention: Oversee loss prevention and ensure operational compliance.
  • Inventory Management: Achieve or exceed inventory and shrink goals; manage physical inventory counts.
  • Merchandise Management: Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise and communicate opportunities. Ensure the store's visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA VM standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

Your talent

  • Sales (Profitability Management and performance): Essential for achieving sales goals, managing payroll, and ensuring profitability.Analytical abilities preparing and analyzing sales reports, and providing insights to improve performance. Ability to interpret and diagnose the store performance as based on controllable operational KPI’s (including but not limited to CR, UPT, ATV).
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding the purposes, properties, quality, care rules, and prices of the products being sold. This includes being able to offer substitute, new, and related products to customers.
  • Customer Service & Communication: Crucial for maintaining high standards of customer experience and handling sales transactions accurately. Fostering effective communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Salesfloor Engagement: Necessary for spending time on the sales floor, engaging with customers, and coaching employees.
  • Sales Floor Stock: Manage stock levels in the sales floor and ensure sizes and styles are available for the customers.
  • Visual and Presentation Skills: Important for ensuring the store's visual presentation meets or exceeds PUMA's VM standards.
  • Self- leadership: Ability to work independently and efficient and be able to manage own emotions and challenges.
  • Technology: Proficiency in retail software, inventory management and POS systems.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Inventory and Merchandise Management: Handling inventory, managing shrink goals, and processing merchandise.
  • The ability to constantly walk and move about is required. Use of the following senses is critical to this position: speaking, hearing, near and far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision.
  • Experience in the role: Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory  or senior retail staff role.
  • Education: Minimum completed full school/vocational school education (i.e. high school diploma), or higher.

    • Obligé de travailler à des horaires non traditionnels; fins de semaine, soirées, jours fériés; des heures supplémentaires peuvent être requises dans ce poste.

    • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement de vente au détail axé sur le service à la clientèle,

    En PUMA estamos buscando un/a Sales Associate para dar soporte a córners claves de Madrid (ECI Sol, Preciados, Pozuelo y Castellana) para una contratación temporal durante tres meses a 30h semanales. Tus responsables principales serán:

    ·Asistir y completar exitosamente todas las formaciones requeridas para el rol.
    ·Apoyar en la correcta implementación de actividades promocionales en la tienda.
    ·Mantener la condición física de la tienda de acuerdo a las directrices pertinentes y comunicar las necesidades de mantenimiento de tienda en forma oportuna.

    • Responsable de apoyar al Store Manager en reclutar, entrenar, desarrollar y remplazar el alto rendimiento, gestión de resultados y de los asociados.
    • Invertir el 90% del horario laboral en piso de ventas atrayendo clientes, vendiendo, y coacheando empleados.
    • Actuará como Store Manager cuando el Store Manager se ausente de la tienda por alguna razón.
    • Apoyar al Store Manager en preparar y gestionar en tiempo y forma revisiones de rendimiento.
    • Responsable del control de nómina y la programación de horarios para impulso de ventas con el fin de mantener una tienda altamente rentable, mientras se proporcionan los más altos niveles de servicio a los clientes.
    • Responsable de que los programas de entrenamiento, tanto locales y globales (requeridos por su puesto), se completen exitosamente para impulsar los resultados de la tienda.
    • Apoyar al Store Manager en analizar perfiles de consumidor, tendencias de compra, e información competitiva que impacte e impulse el negocio.
    Gestionar y monitorear la preparación y concientización en prevención de pérdidas.
    • Directamente responsable de ejecutar y procesar entrada y salida de mercancía.
    • Alcanzar o superar todas las metas de inventario; supervisar y administrar conteos físicos.
    • Directamente responsable de ejecutar y procesar entrada y salida de mercancía.
    • Gestionar y comunicar oportunidades de producto al Store Manager.
    • Apoyar al Store Manager en comunicar, administrar y ejecutar toda iniciativa y eventos de Marketing, dentro de presupuesto y de acuerdo a políticas y procedimientos.
