Your mission

  • Lead and drive the assigned product category through the whole product development and creation process based on the Go-to-Market calendar

  • Collaborate in planning the whole sell-in support (catalogue etc.) as well as in developing the product equipment and packaging

  • Ensuring an accurate and timeless set up and maintenance of all lines and all required information in the PAC system

  • Executing business trips to target markets as well as supplier visits on a frequent basis

  • Pass on experience and knowledge, share best practices, and call for follow-ups for further product line managers (Mentoring).

Your talent

  • Graduate studies in Business Administration, Sports Management, or comparable degree

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in product management in a related industry

  • Relevant leadership experience including the ability to motivate and mentor others

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment

  • Flexible Teamplayer with an open mindset, good organizational skills and well-structured work

  • Good market and retail knowledge in the lifestyle, fashion and/or sporting goods industry

Your mission

  • Develop all components and assembled clubs in a timely matter, validate and approve all product from sample phase all the way to production release of finished golf club and club components.

  • Execute testing and analysis on products to pass testing criteria and performance target.

  • Travel to Asia and Mexico based suppliers to manage development of new projects.
  • Lead continuous improvements in our critical manufacturing processes in the supplier base manufacturing environment. Review current processes and procedures and lead continuous process improvement project team.
  • Process Ownership – understand critical process setting, track performance metrics, and understand key cost drivers involved in critical manufacturing processes.
  • Direct and work with Asia Team members on any development/process/quality concerns.

Your talent

  • 2-4 years of managing product development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience working with suppliers based in Asia
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or demonstrated successful equivalent work experience.
  • Fundamental knowledge of tooling and various other manufacturing processes (investment casting, forging, stamping, painting, etc.)
  • Knowledge/experience with injection molding processing and tooling (Ex. compression molding processing and tooling, composite material processing and tooling).
  • Statistical Process Control experience
  • Strong project management skills
  • Working knowledge of a CAD system, specifically NX (Specification drawing)

Your mission

  • Work closely with Director Design in executing design of seasonal international apparel product lines, through techpack and development.

Your mission

As a Senior Research & Sports Science Manager, you will execute the design, implementation, and analysis of biomechanical and physiological tests that provide direct performance insights into product. You will serve a vital role validating and optimizing our performance product. You will play a key role in translating lab findings to a multidisciplinary team and relating findings to footwear and athlete performance.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Lead internal and external programs which deliver sports science insights to increase the understanding of the athlete and athlete-product interaction 

  • Lead NITRO Lab testing with a focus on delivering proven performance insights both on hypothesis and validation level 

  • Question methods, results, and application and think outside normal paradigms to find creative ways around barriers  

  • Utilize scientific expertise to develop and implement protocols that deliver performance insights 

  • Connect the dots in all phases of research to provide a holistic evaluation of new concepts to achieve objectives as well as a high level of efficiency and accountability  

  • Translate and communicate research findings into meaningful performance outcomes for key stakeholders 

  • Work closely and build relationships with some of our key athletes

Your talent

  • MS or PhD in Kinesiology, Engineering, Biomechanics, or a related field  
  • 5+ years' experience in footwear research 
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, experimental design, and statistical analysis  
  • Proven experience working with athletes and coaches 
  • Strong technical skills with biomechanical equipment (metabolic cart, motion capture, force plates, IMUs, pressure insoles)   
  • Experience with data processing in Matlab, Python, or R  
  • Excellent organization and time management skills as well as written and verbal communication skills

Your mission

  • Supplier Guidance: Work closely with Tier 1 (T1) and Tier 2 (T2) supplier laboratories. Provide guidance on adhering to quality standards and testing protocols. Foster strong relationships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement
