Your mission
The Head Office for Global Finance & Legal is charged with orchestrating the execution of strategic initiatives within the global finance and legal functions. This role encompasses managing operational rhythms, overseeing project management for key strategic priorities, drafting communications, and fostering engagement among decision-making teams. As a strategic partner to the Vice Presidents of global finance and legal, the position ensures that priorities are effectively translated into actionable initiatives and deliverables. Furthermore, it guarantees that the leadership team receives regular updates on progress and developments.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Strategic Orchestration: Plan, prepare, and support stakeholders, meetings, milestones, and initiatives across the global finance and legal functions. Partner to Vice Presidents: Serve as a strategic partner to the Vice Presidents by orchestrating priorities, tracking execution of initiatives and targets, managing operational rhythms, crafting impactful communications, and addressing ad-hoc or high-priority requests.
Project Management: Support and supervise projects related to strategy execution, working in collaboration with the broader team and functional experts to ensure priorities are converted into actionable initiatives and deliverables are achieved.
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making for short-term and long-term goals.
Communication & Information Cascade: Ensure effective communication and dissemination of information within the function, aligning closely with the senior leadership team and preparing for key meetings.
Strategic & Financial Planning: Contribute to strategic and financial planning processes by sharing information across processes and establishing clear interaction points between process owners.
Cross-Functional Connector: Promote cross-functional collaboration and communication by liaising within the global Head Office network.
Governance & Reporting: Maintain executive KPIs and dashboards, coordinate cross-functional taskforces on sensitive or urgent topics, and ensure leadership receives regular updates.
