Your mission

As Junior Project Manager Business Supporting Solutions, you will support the coordination, rollout, and continuous improvement of digital solutions used across PUMA – from Digital Workplace tools to business‑supporting applications. You will work closely with senior project managers, solution owners, architects, and global stakeholders, contributing to structured delivery, adoption, and stable operations of digital solutions in a dynamic, international environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting and coordinating digital initiatives and projects across Digital Workplace & Business Supporting Solutions, in alignment with senior project and solution leads
Acting as an ambassador for digital solutions, supporting adoption across areas such as collaboration, automation, AI‑enabled solutions, and business applications
Supporting global user communities, key user networks, and Centers of Excellence to drive knowledge sharing and best practices
Assisting in the coordination of internal and external delivery partners to ensure quality, timelines, and scope of solution initiatives
Collaborating closely with project managers, solution owners, solution architects, and other internal IT and business stakeholders
Supporting change management activities related to the rollout and adoption of digital solutions across PUMA locations worldwide
Providing 2nd‑level support for assigned digital solutions, including incident coordination, issue analysis, and continuous improvement support
Supporting documentation, reporting, and transparency across projects and solutions.
Your talent
Education & Background
Completed vocational training, apprenticeship, or degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Digital & Technology, or a related field
Initial professional experience or strong practical exposure to IT or digital solutions (e.g. internships, working student roles, apprenticeships, or project work).
Technical & Analytical Skills
Strong interest in digital solutions and modern enterprise IT landscapes
Basic understanding of SaaS solutions, system integrations, and digital platforms
Familiarity with Microsoft technologies (e.g. Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure concepts) is an advantage
Ability to understand, document, and structure technical solutions and business processes.
Project & Collaboration Skills
Interest in project coordination, solution ownership, and structured delivery of digital initiatives
Ability to capture requirements and support their translation into technical and operational solutions
Structured, reliable, and solution‑oriented working style.
Communication & Mindset
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with business and IT stakeholders
Ability to explain technical topics in a clear and understandable way
High level of ownership, responsibility, and willingness to grow within a long‑term role
Team player with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
