Your mission
As Jr. Manager Marketing Operations Global eCom , you are the connective tissue of the Digital Marketing team. Formally reporting to the Director of Global eCommerce Acquisition & Retention, in practice you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Global CS Manager, supporting Customer Service & Operations while serving as the team's central project management resource across all disciplines.
This role is built for someone who is sharply intelligent, impeccably organised, and genuinely energised by making complex things run smoothly. You are equally comfortable supporting a single team and driving a programme across five.
- Act as the right hand to the Global CS Manager, supporting the operational management of the vendor partnership and internal CS workflows
- Track CS performance metrics and consolidate into regular reporting for leadership
- Help coordinate operational reviews, QA processes, and process documentation to ensure consistent service quality across markets
- Support onboarding and briefing of CS agents on new product launches, campaign periods, and policy changes
- Manage the operational calendar for CS: peak trading readiness, staffing plans, and communication schedules
- Project management across the Digital Marketing Team
- Leveraging your visibility across the full team, you will support project management for cross-functional initiatives. Based on the team's current workstreams, you will work across projects in MarTech, SEO, CRM, Paid media & affiliate marketing,
- Maintain the ASANA master project dashboards giving the team real-time visibility into all active initiatives
- Run weekly team syncs: prepare agendas, capture actions, and follow up on open items
- Document processes and build SOPs where repeatable workflows can be standardised.
Your talent
- Exceptionally organised with a natural systems-thinking mindset
- Academically strong: a degree from a leading university in Business, Management, Operations, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 1+ years of experience in a project management, operations, or coordination role, ideally within eCommerce, digital marketing, or a fast-paced global organisation
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Asana, Notion, Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent)
- Confident working with data and analytical systems: able to build reporting dashboards, track KPIs, and translate numbers into clear summaries for leadership
- High emotional intelligence: you manage upward and sideways with ease, build trust quickly, and communicate clearly in both written and verbal form
- Commercially curious: you understand the 'why' behind each team's work and use that context to prioritise and problem-solve
- Proactive: you anticipate what's coming and prepare the team before issues arise
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and cultures in a matrixed, global organisation.
