Your Talent

  • University degree in Design and/or relevant field of study
  • At least 5-8 years of work experience of designing for one or more leading fashion/lifestyle/sports brand, ideally in the fashion, athletic/apparel industry
  • Versatile designer who has experience designing products across men’s, women’s and children’s products.

Your Mission

  • Responsible for all line, including Select/ Special Make up / Rapid Response Design creation for Key Accounts, Puma Retail, and Outlet or any account when required
  • Understand the region’s trends and market direction to ensure all products designed for the regions are brand relevant
  • Prepare trend boards, material, and trim boards
  • Design ranges and products, which complement the international collection while satisfying the needs of the region, considering the elements that affect the region (Men’s, Women’s and Children’s)
  • Be accountable for achieving all tasks of the Vertical Development Calendar within the given timelines
  • Work closely with Teamhead of design, Product Line Manager, Development team and China merchant team to create and execute innovative apparel design/collection based on Global creative direction.
  • Gain market insight by visiting the markets, fashion fairs, concept stores, etc. as required
  • Travel to the factories to work on the development of the product and ensure that quick response timelines are met.

Your Mission

  • Demonstrate excellence in the creation and execution of innovative designs aligned with the brand, category, and product strategies, including a strong integration of 3D design methodologies
  • Take ownership of the complete design process from initial concept and 2D/3D ideation to final production approval leveraging tools such as VStitcher, CLO3D, or similar to drive efficiency and accuracy

  • Experience with any 3D apparel design softwares (Clo3D, Browzwear or others) is preferred 

  • Strong computer skills such as Adobe Illustrator, Blender

Your Mission

  • Support the Design Team in the execution of innovative apparel designs and achieving set goals

  • Test solution and execute design creation in 3D within BU's.

  • Assisting Designers with 3D adoption and implementation

  • Support the use of new tools. 

  • Support the integration of 3D product and technical developments into the garment design

  • Under the direction of the 3D Apparel Designer, collect market intelligence, providing all involved with accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments and utilize them effectively

  • Support the Design Team in the creation and maintenance of design minisheets and garment specifications

  • Contribute to adequate protection of Pumas intellectual property and support the delivery of projects accordingly to given timelines

  • Support the design team on a number of tasks ranging from day to day tasks to further visionary thinking

  • Create strong product stories and mood boards

  • Support the design team on general tasks, such as concept ideation/sketching, tech packing, color application, materials application graphic application

  • In-depth research of performance and sustainable materials processes

  • Support the design team creating presentation by providing layouts/images/drawings

  • Conduct and present trend research

  • Enrolled as a Design student in a related creative field (fashion design)

  • Proficient Adobe Creative suite skills (Photoshop and Illustrator are a must) and MS Office

  • Knowledge of 3D modeling is a plus (experience with software like Browzwear/Vstitcher, Clo3D, Modo, Rhino, Keyshot etc.)

  • Self-starter: taking initiative, working independently and a hands-on approach with a strong storytelling ability

  • Familiarity with market trends relevant to Design and Motorsport in general

Your Mission

  • Learn the entire creative design process from first sketch to final product

  • Be responsible for one self-directed, individual projects and support in launching product design ideas in line with specific product strategies

  • Generate and present strong product stories, designs and mood boards

  • Under the direction of the Design team collect market intelligence, providing the team with accurate and up-to-date information on trends and developments

  • Assist the Design team in the creation and maintenance of creative directions, product designs, tech packs, presentation materials, design mini sheets and specifications

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Textile Design, or related field.

  • 2-4 years of professional footwear or fashion/accessory design experience, with a strong focus on color, materials and treatments. Product & Design abilities a plus.

  • Technical knowledge related to footwear materials, trims, treatments, and constructions that align with the product development process.

  • Strong merchandising abilities with the ability to create well balanced interest packs and collections.

  • Deep understanding of current and emerging global fashion trends and how they translate into product.

  • Exceptional visual storytelling skills—mood boards, material palettes, color forecasting, etc.

In this role, you will help shape the visual and emotional identity of our products by crafting compelling footwear packs aimed to inspire and connect with consumers. You will bring fresh ideas, hands-on material exploration, and strong design instincts to create collections that push boundaries and reflect the brand’s vision. This role will focus on delivering compelling, innovative CMF (Color, Material, Finish) concepts that resonate globally and drive cultural relevance in our regional marketplace. You’ll translate your passion for design and storytelling into impactful product experiences for the modern consumer.

  • Research global fashion, art, culture, and sneaker trends to stay ahead of market shifts and identify emerging influences.

  • Design and develop color and material concepts across multiple footwear lines with an emphasis on seasonal stories and cohesive pack narratives, aligning with brand strategy, resonating with target consumers and meeting cost and margin requirements.

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners in Design, Product Line Management and Development to translate insights into bold, consumer-relevant footwear stories catering to regional needs, bring concepts to life from ideation to final product.

  • Lead the material selection process, exploring new and innovative materials, finishes, and constructions aimed to elevate product across a competitive landscape.

  • Build color and material palettes that are both trend-forward and rooted in brand identity.

  • Create and deliver mood boards, color CADs, material maps, and physical mock-ups to clearly communicate design vision when applicable, meeting tight deadlines.

  • Participate in material and trend research trips, trade shows, and inspiration travel to stay ahead of trends and innovations.

  • Build visually captivating presentations to communicate design narratives and material innovations to cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Participate in and lead seasonal trend reviews and consumer-focused brainstorming sessions.

  • Maintain an expert understanding of the local market competitive landscape and brand positioning to ensure connection with consumers.
