Your mission
The Junior Project Coordinator supports the Tech Infrastructure teams in their day-to-day operations - keeping meetings organized, materials sharp, and communication flowing. This is a hands-on support and coordination role, well-suited for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn how a large, global IT organization works from the inside. You won't need a strong technical background. What matters is that you're reliable, well-organized, and genuinely curious about technology and how Tech teams operate.
Your responsibilities will be:
Coordinate and follow up on team meetings and all-hands sessions - from scheduling to minutes.
Design and build presentation materials that look great and communicate clearly - bringing your own ideas and visual instincts to the work.
Support communication with external partners and help keep internal coordination on track.
Help drive the team's OKR journey - keeping objectives documented, progress visible, and the team aligned on what matters.
Contribute to day-to-day team organization: shared tools, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Your talent
You don't need to know what a load balancer does. But if the idea of working inside a global IT team - supporting the people who keep the infrastructure running - genuinely excites you, keep reading!
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you'll be the organizational backbone of the Tech Infrastructure team. You'll run the logistics that make meetings productive, create the visuals that make complex topics accessible, and be the reliable presence that keeps coordination between teams and stakeholders on track.
What sets this role apart is that we want your creative input. When you put together a presentation, don't just fill in a template - bring ideas, think about the audience, make it something people want to look at. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their output and isn't satisfied with just good enough.
This is a junior role, and we mean that. You'll learn fast, be trusted with real responsibilities, and grow inside a team that values both precision and personality. If you're ambitious, curious, and ready to hit the ground running - we'd love to meet you.
In short, we are looking for:
Some practical experience from an internship, working student position, or similar - you've worked in a professional environment before.
Strong PowerPoint skills and a good eye for visual communication - you care how things look, not just what they say.
Business fluent English and clear written communication.
A genuine interest in IT and technology - you don't need to be an engineer, but you want to understand the world you're working in.
A reliable, structured approach and the flexibility to handle a busy, ever-changing team environment.
Bonus points: hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) or familiarity with OKR-based goal setting - you'll play an active role in both areas.
