Your mission

The Accounts Payable Representative will need to be effective and experienced in accounts payable functions, including entering invoices and credit memos, processing payments, matching purchase orders with invoices, processing invoices to payments, evaluating proper taxability of invoices, maintaining vendor files and accounts payable documentation, preparation of periodic tax filings, maintaining compliance with policies, verifying the accuracy of expense reports, and other as needed.  The candidate will need to possess strong problem-solving skills, work ethics, organizational skills, attention to detail, decision making skills, and ability to work well with others.

  • Manage full cycle Accounts Payable to include but not limited to the bullet points below
  • Process high volume invoices through cloud-based end-to-end purchase requisition to invoice system with exceptional speed and accuracy
  • Maintain Accounts Payable subledger within SAP financial system
  • Process and administer payment runs, ensuring proper approvals have been obtained prior to payment
  • Verify and maintain vendor setup in all relevant systems as well as ensuring proper documentation compliance, such as tax documents and electronic banking details, is received
  • Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
  • Maintain vendor relationships
  • Administer invoices from paper-based vendors, and/or submit invoices into cloud-based system as necessary
  • Provide backup support and cross training for other Accounts Payable team members as necessary
  • Partner with the Accounts Payable team to increase efficiencies in day-to-day processes
  • Assist in preparing periodic tax filings as needed
  • Participate in ad hoc requests and special projects as needed

Your mission

The Manager Finance Reporting & Accounting KSA plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial records, supporting business decisions, and maintaining compliance with Saudi regulations.

This role is responsible for managing accounting operations, leading month-end closing activities, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations (VAT, Zakat, and Corporate Tax) in KSA.

The role will be based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Accounting & Financial Operations

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities including AP, AR, and GL
  • Ensure timely and accurate posting of invoices and journal entries
  • Prepare and post month-end journals (accruals, prepayments, leases, provisions, etc.)
  • Maintain prepaid and accrual schedules
  • Handle employee-related accounting (payroll entries, expense reimbursements)
  • Manage expense claims in line with company policies
  • Prepare debit notes for intercompany and supplier settlements
  • Perform vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Support purchase order processes and financial controls
  • Assist in OPEX tracking, analysis, and cost control
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Act as backup for Finance Manager when required

Month-End Closing & Reporting

  • Lead and ensure timely completion of month-end closing activities
  • Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
  • Perform detailed GL and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Conduct variance analysis vs. budget and prior periods
  • Support management reporting (MIS) and business insights
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and PUMA Group accounting policies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet reporting deadlines

Taxation & Compliance (KSA Focus)

  • Ensure full compliance with ZATCA regulations
  • Manage VAT accounting, reconciliation, and filing
  • Support Zakat and Corporate Tax computations and submissions
  • Ensure compliance with e-invoicing (FATOORA) requirements
  • Maintain proper documentation for tax audits and inspections
  • Stay updated on Saudi tax laws and ensure timely implementation

Your mission

The Retail Finance Coordinator supports the financial operations of a large retail store network by managing day-to-day financial activities, vendor coordination, and store-level support. This role is responsible for financial processes related to store openings, relocations, and closures, serving as a primary point of contact for vendors and store teams. The coordinator ensures accurate financial reporting through invoice coding, journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis of sales, tender, and credit card activity.   • Manage all financial activities related to retail store openings, relocations, and closures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications, including Brinks, Fiserv, TSYS, and other service providers
  • Provide daily financial and operational support for 100+ retail stores, addressing service issues, financial supply needs, credit card terminal problems, and general inquiries
  • Review, code, and troubleshoot vendor invoices to ensure accurate billing and timely payment
  • Analyze credit card spend, declined transactions, and disputes, and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Prepare and upload journal entries at month-end and complete required monthly trade surveys
  • Produce the quarterly Aspire Higher report, including store rankings and performance analysis
  • Perform weekly RPRO vs. Atlas sales validation and partner with business stakeholders to resolve variances
  • Review the Employee Purchase report monthly and communicate findings to Senior Leadership
  • Deliver accurate, timely ad-hoc analysis to support evolving business needs and strategic initiatives

Your mission

The Sr Executive, Finance works closely with Assistant Manager with responsibility for daily financial operations, Regional and Global Reporting and insightful financial analysis.

Task 1: Support forecasting and planning activities for Direct to Consumer (DTC) Channel and the consolidation of Country Report (Legal Reporting).

Task 2: Assist in the month-end closing process (posting of month-end closing entries and accruals, perform key balance sheet accounts reconciliations). Assist in the submission of monthly financial reports with clear variance analysis and commentaries.

Task 3: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for the resolution of open items (i.e. Pending KRs, Open KEs, refunds, wrong fees) on Sales and AR reconciliations for Retail and ECOM.

Task 4: Ensure accurate posting of journals and accruals

Task 5: Monitor Sales, billing and collection of consignment doors

Task 6: Support other adhoc analyses and reporting requirements from local management, SEA and Global
