Your Talent

  • 1 to 3 years relevant experiences in international product management, sales, merchandising, marketing, strategy position, preferably in a sports company
  • Good knowledge and passion for Teamsport, particularly Football, consumers trends and retail
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office environment (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills & familiar with data crunching 
  • Very good verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English
  • Pro-active and curious entrepreneur mindset and keen to take initiative
  • A team player with positive attitude, eager to learn and quick to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Energetic, passionate and confident personality that has both an eye for detail and can work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Marketing
  • This opportunity will be available in full time or part time.

Your Mission

  • Contribute to build and implement the strategy for the future global growth of Teamsport footwear categories (Football, Handball, Rugby, Cricket)
  • Manage the assigned product line: strategy, range planning & structure, forecasting, price & margin basis considering specified company and Business Unit targets
  • Contribute with the team to plan, execute and implement overall international product line through the creation process (from briefing, development to go-to-market phases)
  • Cooperate with Merchandising, Design, Development and Marketing to ensure that the final collection is reflecting market needs
  • Maintain product information within Product Line Management systems and take care of important administrative tools and database
  • Assist with overall industry analysis, market research, consumer research, forecasting and competitive analysis
  • Actively participate in the preparation and presentation of product line at key milestone meetings and key account previews
  • International travel to develop products, meet accounts, win insights in market and consumer trends
  • Manage/lead cross functional projects with different teams including marketing, innovation, labelling and packaging. Project management including: brief, tracking status, follow-up, approval process and alignment.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration or Marketing preferred
  • 2-4 years’ experience in the sportswear industry, Footwear and/or Product Management preferred.
  • Very good knowledge and passion for sportswear, streetwear, sports-fashion, and consumer trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with complex processes at the same time.
  • Team player mentality, high flexibility, and open mindedness.
  • Very good presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, overall business orientation.
  • Very good verbal and written language skills in English – additional languages are great differentiators.
  • Initiative, energy, passion, eye for details, confident and looking for daily challenges in an international environment.
  • Domestic and/or International Travel - up to 15%

Your Mission

  • Build product assortments & manage the product creation process for assigned Sportstyle Footwear product lines specifically drafted to the needs of North America and Latin American regions.
  • Ensure that products are connected to consumer needs and locally relevant, driving story telling excellence and brand heat.
  • Manage the product creation process & calendar from brief to final product sign off on specific GTM timelines.
  • Liaise with Global Business Units, regional teams as well as Sourcing counterparts.
  • Build and share expertise about North & Latin American markets & business developments, Key Accounts & consumers with the local and global teams.
  • Manage Product KPIs: competitive Retail Price, target FOB setting, margin, style efficiency as well as sustainability targets.
  • Analyze & suggest product decisions based on Orders, Sell-In, Sell-Through & consumer feedback.
  • Ensuring accurate and timeless maintenance of all relevant PUMA systems.
  • Present product assortments during Key Account meetings.
  • Travel domestically and internationally for market research, customer meetings & Global Milestone meetings.

Your Talent

·       Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration or Marketing.

·       5+ years of international footwear experience or in a similar position with a top tier international sports company

·       Very good knowledge and passion for the sport, consumer trends as well as the sportswear market in India

Your Mission

·       Driving the product creation of regional Footwear range, including product for leading Key online Accounts in India, and regional Collab partners.

·       Driving the strategic direction of product lines in alignment with the Brand and Business Unit strategy.

·       Ensuring that final products are target consumer and trend relevant, competitive on the market and offer a unique selling proposition.

·       Analyzing market & Key Accounts for consumer, market and competitor insights.

·       Leading the cooperation with Merchandising & Sales, Key Accounts, Design and Development to ensure that the final collection is reflecting market needs.

·       Working closely with Global PLM teams as well as Apparel teams for head-to-toe product alignment.

·       Presenting product strategy and product lines to international partners and Key Accounts.

·       Managing the final Free on Board-prices considering given target margins.

·       Turning forecast & sales analyses into product & business decisions.

·       Ensuring that Product Data Systems are maintained correctly and on time
