Your mission

  • Manage given responsibility for the PUMA Golf Footwear Product process from brief concept to handing over to marketing & retail team.
  • Ability to tell stories through product and clearly communicate vision to design.
  • Provide briefs which give clear product direction and information to development and design partners.
  • Plan overall international product line that delivers statement product, but also builds in products with price point positioning that drive volume at target margins.
  • Assist with mid and long term category road map to achieve given growth targets.
  • Conduct overall industry analysis, market research, consumer research, and competitive analysis.
  • Create, communicate and brief innovative new product ideas for category growth.
  • Manage Global Footwear product marketing efforts through interaction with key marketing support personnel, including catalog, packaging, sell sheets, line lists, etc
  • Ability to powerfully present footwear line to internal customers (sales, customer service, merchandising, etc) and external customers
  • Work closely with Development team and take initiative in product testing to ensure timely completion of all tasks in accordance with the applicable development calendar (inline or product specific, e.g. advanced technological projects.)
  • Work closely as member of PLM, Design, and Product Development team to bring technical sports products to market.  Proactively manage progression of product line throughout each season.
  • Manage PUMA tour & promotion needs to ensure best product service according to athlete needs.
  • Coordinate with International Marketing team to plan new product introduction.
  • Enter product briefs and maintain product information within the Product Management Database (PAC).
  • Responsible for the presentations of the golf range, both internally to merchandising and sales, and externally to key retailers / partners.
  • Develop and manage an effective working relationship between merchandising, sales, and marketing to effectively plan new product introductions.
  • Monthly reporting of category developments to senior management
  • Travel to domestic and international markets to continuously develop technical, consumer and retail knowledge.

Your talent

  • Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Must have 2-4+ years of product management experience and 1+ years of golf industry experience. 
  • International footwear product management experience with top tier international sports company beneficial.  Marketing experience is a plus.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop to update colorway & CADs
  • Global mindset.
  • Credible knowledge of international golf as well as technical consumer trends and market dynamics.
  • General knowledge of international golf retail environment.
  • Strong leadership skills. High initiative, high energy, passionate, decisive, eye for detail, confident.
  • Excellent presenting, communication and listening skills.
  • General technical product knowledge.
  • Ability to convincingly present category knowledge using PowerPoint and spreadsheet software tools.
  • Requires 10-20% global and domestic travel.
  • Passion for golf.

The hiring range base pay for this position is $70,304-$100,300 + Bonus + Benefits

Your mission

  • Conduct international market and competitor analyses, including forecast and sales data evaluation

  • Develop collection and go to market strategies for assigned product lines

  • Independently create conceptual assortment plans (CAP) aligned with business targets and merchandising plans

  • Manage product lines throughout the entire creation process—from line planning to prototype approval and international launch presentations

  • Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Design, Development, and cross‑functional teams to ensure market‑relevant and consistent collections

  • Drive the product creation process according to the go‑to‑market calendar and present strategies to international partners and key accounts

  • Plan, coordinate, and control instore dates and product flow

  • Continuously monitor product costing, margins, and FOB prices to optimize quality, profitability, and sales

  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of the Product Range Management system and lead the SMU process (incl. budgets, briefs, range planning)

  • Analyze business performance to meet net sales and margin targets and communicate insights effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Your talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Marketing, or a similar field

  • Minimum 6 years of international product management experience in the sports industry; go‑to‑market or marketing experience is a plus

  • International footwear experience within a top‑tier global sports company

  • Strong knowledge and passion for the football market, technical consumer trends, as well as fashion/lifestyle and retail environments

  • Excellent analytical skills combined with strong business acumen

  • Outstanding English communication and presentation skills, written and verbal

  • Team player with strong initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, and high energy

  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and motivated to work in a fast‑paced international environment

Your mission

  • Prepare market and competitor studies on an international level and specific for the Chinese market as well as analyze forecasts and sales analyses
  • Develop collection and marketing strategies for assigned product lines
  • Cooperate with Merchandising, Design and Development (PUMA Group Sourcing) to ensure that the final collection is reflecting market needs
  • Work closely with Business Unit, footwear, apparel and accessories teams to ensure concept and product coordination across all product segments
  • Drive the product creation process based on the Go-to-Market (gtm) calendar
  • Present the product lines to international partners and key accounts
  • Plan, coordinate and final check of the instore date/product flow
  • Check the final Free on Board-prices considering given target margins
  • Collaborate in planning the whole sell-in support (catalogue etc.).

Your talent

  • University degree in Business or Marketing
  • Minimum 3-5 years of international apparel experience in a similar position with a top tier international sports company
  • Very good knowledge and passion for the sport, consumer trends as well as the sportswear market in China
  • Very strong analytical skills, overall business orientation
  • Very good verbal and written language skills in Mandarin and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of MS Office environment (Excel, Power Point, etc.)
