<ここがポイント>

・未経験者でもOK(しっかりした研修制度があるので安心して働けます)

・時給アップ、キャリアアップの機会多数あり(語学手当あり、社員登用あり)

・ノルマなし

・制服あり(アパレル、シューズ一式貸与)

<仕事内容>

・弊社店舗におけるシューズ、アパレル、バッグ等の販売、品出し、陳列などの店舗業務

<給与>

・時給 1,150円以上 

<勤務時間>

・9:00~21:00シフト制

※目安として1日4時間、週2日程度以上から応相談

<待遇>

・交通費規定内支給、各種社会保険完備、車通勤可(アウトレット)

・制服貸与(購入の必要なし)

・社員割引制度

・契約/正社員登用あり

仕事内容:

入社後まずは接客販売を経験し、グローバルの PUMA Group共通の接客スタンダードを身に付けていただきます。さらには店舗マネジメントチームの一員として、店舗運営業務(売上管理・分析、在庫管理、フロア管理(商品ディスプレイ、VMD)、スタッフのトレーニングやフィードバック) を担っていただきます。まずはストアマネージャー(店長)を目指していただき、ゆくゆくはエリアマネージャー等に挑戦するなど、各々のキャリアを切り拓いてほしいと思っています。
