Your mission
Drive execution of global store performance improvement initiatives across all regions
Translate performance insights into clear, actionable plans for regional and store teams
Identify underperforming stores/clusters and lead structured recovery action plans
Partner with regional retail operations to ensure consistent execution of productivity initiatives
Monitor key KPIs (e.g., sales per labor hour, conversion, UPT, NPS) and track improvement progress
Ensure adoption of global operational standards, tools, and frameworks in stores.
Lead regular performance reviews with regions, focusing on action and accountability
Conduct store visits to assess execution quality and identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Excellence, Training, and Loss Prevention to remove performance barriers
Drive continuous improvement culture by sharing best practices and scaling successful initiatives globally.
Your talent
5–8+ years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a multi-store or global environment
Proven track record in driving store performance and operational improvements
Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store productivity drivers
Experience working with regional teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders
Exposure to workforce planning, store operations, or performance analytics is a strong advantage
Experience in an international retail organization (full price and/or outlet) preferred
Strong execution mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results
High level of accountability and ownership for performance outcomes
Analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into action
Excellent influencing skills across regions and functions
Hands-on, pragmatic approach with a willingness to engage in field operations
Resilient and solution-oriented in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Clear and structured communicator with the ability to simplify complexity.
