Your mission

Position Title: Inbound Operations Executive Warehouse (Third Party Payroll)
Location: Luhari, Gurgaon
Reporting to: Warehouse Manager

Role Purpose: Own day-to-day inbound logistics execution from gate-in to dock-to-stock. Ensure accurate receiving, quality checks, GRN posting, labeling, and put-away in line with SOPs, safety, and TAT/accuracy SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving & Quality Checks
  • Coordinate vehicle/dock scheduling with transport partners and security.
  • Supervise unloading; perform count & visual checks (damage, seal integrity, batch/lot, MRP, expiry/FEFO).
  • Raise shortage/damage and escalate discrepancies promptly.
  • Documentation & System Transactions
  • Verify and reconcile PO / ASN / Delivery Note / Invoice before posting.
  • Post GRN in WMS/ERP within SLA; capture variances and remarks.
  • Ensure items are labeled, palletized, and barcoded as per standards for put-away.
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Put-Away & Inventory Control
  • Execute scan-based put-away to system-directed bins.
  • Support daily stock reconciliations and variance justifications.
  • Maintain accurate records for audits; coordinate with Finance for Goods Receipt support and document completeness.
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Liaise with factory, sourcing, transporters, QA, PO, SAP, LEA and Planning, to resolve inbound issues.
  • Provide timely updates on delays, damages, and escalations to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Drive adherence to SOPs, safety, 5S, and compliance (company and regulatory).
  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Publish daily inbound MIS: receipts vs plan, dock-to-stock time, GRN TAT, damages, and accuracy.
  • Suggest and support small kaizens in receiving, staging, and put-away to reduce TAT/costs and improve accuracy.

Education
  • Graduate / Postgraduate preferred in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
Experience
  • 3+ years in inbound warehouse operations (Retail/Lifestyle/FMCG/e-commerce preferred).
Technical
  • Hands-on with WMS/ERP (e.g., SAP EWM/Oracle/BlueYonder), handheld scanners.
  • MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, basic formulas).
  • Familiarity with documentation (PO/Invoice/ASN; basic GST/e-way bill awareness) is a plus.

Your mission

  • Analizar y hacer el seguimiento de los KPIs definidos con el operador logístico, llevando una actualización constante entre WMS y ERP, para velar por el cumplimiento del forecast proyectado. 
  • Hacer seguimiento y evaluar el funcionamiento de los sistemas de automatización en bodega, con el objetivo de velar por la continuidad operacional del almacén.

  • Coordinar con el operador logístico el ingreso de productos a stock del almacén para mantener el cumplimiento al proceso de calidades establecido.  
  • Coordinar con clientes y tiendas PUMA la programación de recepción de logística inversa para velar por una gestión de devolución según el proceso establecido.

Your mission

This position is responsible for day-to-day operation execution and coordination, monitoring logistics operations such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, shipping documentation and supply chain processes. Understand the issues resolve scenarios, troubleshooting and deliver solution to warehouse and stakeholder. Maintain inventory at high level of accuracy.

Task 1: Outbound Order Fulfillment

  • Execute and coordinate day-to-day operations issue internal and externally.
  • Coordinate with other departments as required to ensure smooth flow of movement and operations.
  • Monitor closely on daily order status to meet forecast qty, stagger delivery if order volume surge.
  • Ensure all PGI posted timely and shipped, follow up closely for BBND.

  • Monitor inventory accuracy (DN short pick & Delivery discrepancy) and replenishment progress.
  • Ensure all system transactions being posted and close timely.

Task 2: COO/Permit Declaration

  • Ensure shipping documentation are accurate and provide timely. 
  • Prepare COO data for B2B COO application and provide draft to stakeholder timely, follow up and monitor closely to shorten entire processing lead time.
  • Provides required documents for audit request, custom queries.
  • Safe keep all related shipping document, POD in shared drive.
  • Update related tracker from time to time.
  • Optimal e-library in the consideration of space.

Task 3: Local Delivery and Last Mile

  • Monitor closely on daily order status to meet retails (FPS and FOC) weekly new and replenishment orders.
  • Liaise with 3PL for order fulfilment rate.
  • Monitor if any order required for VAS services. 
  • Ensure all system transactions being posted and close timely.
  • Monitor and coordinator with 3PL and PUMA stores PIC to ensure delivery is on time.

Task 4: Shipment

  • Handle and monitor for direct shipment from factory to Vietnam customer.
  • Prepare the CIPL for the export shipment.
  • Provide cargo estimation for prebooking, shorten overall shipping process lead time.
  • Understand the urgency of all aspects and business impact, make sure on time documentation and operation solution.

Task 5: Export Management

  • Responsible for all export booking coordination and warehouse operation.
  • Understand shipment requirement and arrange local transactions with forwarder as per agreed term.
  • Provide cargo estimation for prebooking, shorten overall shipping process lead time.
  • Understand the urgency of all aspects and business impact, make sure on time documentation and operation solution.
  • Ensure all export declaration done on time and meet custom compliance request.

Task 6: International Trade and Compliances

  • Ensure timely declaration and meet custom compliances for both import and export.
  • Working closely with local custom broker and Puma compliance team to align on  HS code classification and changes, and ensure system reflected latest update.
  • Ensure the team have well maintain all logistics documentation for audit purpose.
  • In the event of any new contract take place, working with Puma compliance team to ensure all clauses are meeting trade compliances request and no conflict of interest with company.

Your talent

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or relevant studies.

Professional: Minimum 1 year experience, preferably candidates from the retail or FMCG background. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Your mission

The position of Analyst Foreign Trade Zone provides general administrative support including data entry to specialized software designed to track inventory within the Foreign Trade Zone. Applicant will be responsible for review of inbound import documentation and daily maintenance of data flowing through the Foreign Trade zone software. Applicant is responsible for resolution of any discrepancies between documentation, the zone software and in house inventory system. Applicant will be responsible for FTZ daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required by US Customs.

  • Liaise with Traffic, Warehouse and Order Management departments to monitor incoming imports and expedite in bond movement of freight to the FTZ
  • Reviews commercial shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance with Customs requirements
  • Audit FTZ admittances in the zone software by cross checking shipping documentation and warehouse receipts, complete error resolution reports, correct discrepancies, and confirm any needed corrections take place in the ERP system
  • Timely filing of weekly and periodic reports (214’s, 3461’s, 7501’s, 7512’s…etc) as required by US Customs and Foreign Trade Zone Board
  • Organize and maintain all required documents for Customs prescribed record keeping requirements
  • Data analysis / special projects as needed.

Your talent

  • High school diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience working in import/export environment preferred; prior FTZ experience a plus
  • Basic understanding of inventory controls in a high-volume distribution center.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form.
  • Detail oriented, organized and efficient
  • Self-starter with ability to solve problems and deliver required results with minimal supervision.
  • Operate Microsoft Office applications, including basic Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Able to occasionally work extended hours or weekends depending on project needs and seasonal demands.
  • Knowledge of business, accounting, and/or import concepts and strong mathematical skills

  • Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito)
  • Conocimiento en Comercio Exterior (documentación, aduanas, Incoterms)
  • Excel avanzado
  • Conocimiento de Power BI
  • Conocimiento Python/Programación (ideal)
