What You Bring

We’re looking for a game-changer - someone who thrives on people, performance, and progress.
You’ll bring experience, energy, and leadership to the table - plus the drive to keep our region performing at its peak. If you’re a natural motivator and results just seem to follow you, we want to meet you.

• 4 - 5 years of multi-site retail management (apparel/footwear preferred)
• Proven ability to smash sales targets while building a high-performance culture
• Strong budget control, strategic planning and a guru at accurate forecasting, tracking, and management of financial accruement across the region
• Next-level communication, coaching and motivational skills
• A sharp commercial mind with the drive to innovate and execute
• Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
• A love for people, progress, and sport culture
