• At least 6-8 years of relevant work experience in a Consulting, Corporate Strategy or similar role, ideally within the sporting goods, fashion or FMCG industry

• Develop executive-level presentations and reports for the CEO, effectively communicating current business performance and strategic initiatives to key internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Supervisory Board Meetings, internal milestone meetings,…)
• Prepare and coordinate regular leadership meetings to ensure alignment and foster effective organizational direction across the entire business
• Promote accountability and transparency by support informed decision-making processes and tracking the implementation of agreed actions

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

• Initial experience in financial-oriented activities such as Investor Relations, Controlling, Equity Research, Corporate M&A, Investment Banking or Transaction Advisory

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in capital markets or finance, ideally within a publicly listed company

• Solid analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with IR software and CRM tools is a plus

• High level of initiative, flexibility, and team orientation

• Fluent in both English and German, with strong verbal and written communication skills

As Manager Investor Relations, you will contribute to shaping our engagement with the financial community. Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting the planning, organization, and execution of investor relations activities such as quarterly earnings calls, investor roadshows, capital market events, and broker conferences

• Assisting in building and maintaining long-term relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts and other stakeholders

• Preparing presentations and materials for quarterly and annual earnings releases, in coordination with financial reporting and management

• Conducting industry and competitor analyses; monitoring analyst reports and market sentiment

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of investor relations processes and tools, including the IR inbox, website, and CRM systems.

• Proven experience, also in a ledearship role, in E-Commerce, Retail, and strategy development / execution

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Project management experience with a track record of successfully managing and executing strategic initiatives

• Deep understanding of market trends, opportunities, and challenges within the E-Commerce and Retail sectors globally

• Prior experience in a top tier consultancy is a must.

• You will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Direct to Consumer to create, develop and execute comprehensive strategies for all channels and functions globally

• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the marketplace, informing strategic decisions

• You build business cases and manage the transformation / development of the department in close cross-departmental partnerships to ensure alignment of E-commerce and Retail strategies with broader company objectives

• Program manage the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring they adhere to brand values and deliver a cohesive consumer experience

• Manage and own the communication with all HQ teams as well as the regions

• Own and manage all critical contracts globally and locally to stay on top of our investments

• Monitor and report on the performance of E-Commerce and Retail strategies, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement in alignment with relevant stakeholders.
