Your mission

Reports to: Regional  Visual Merchandiser South

Position Summary: To ensure enhancement of visual representation of each Puma store by continuously updating the look and feel of the space.

Fostering VM creativity to front end team through VM trainings, Competitions & Store Audits

Alpha execution of Resec which includes Campaigns, Seasonal visual change overs and Key story roll outs

Responsible for all formats of stores- EBOs, Partner, SIS & LFR 

A planned journey for the responsible set of stores (beat plan) to be adhered and shared month on month

Key Objectives:

  • Provide support to store teams to ensure brand and visual merchandising standards are understood and consistently upheld 

  • Plan, order and coordinate for VM supplies for seasonal / monthly changes for the set of stores. 

  • Train Store Management and Support teams on merchandising standards, proper fixture utilization and techniques  

  • Organizing and sending weekly/monthly reports to the Head Office and implementing feedback 

  • Maintaining a vendor base for various branded supply elements for the region 

  • Fostering VM creativity to front end through VM trainings, Competitions & Store Audits 

  • Supporting Key initiatives roll outs by covering all store formats. 

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Maintaining Vendor Base 

Organizational Relationships:

  • Internal: Visual Merchandising Team , Sales Ops Team, Merchandising Team and Project Team

Eligibility Criteria And Functional  Competencies Required:

  • 5+ years of experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fashion Communication / Fashion /Accessories/ Textile Design

  • Work experience as a Visual Merchandiser including design/ execution 

  • Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft presentation & excel, Photoshop, Illustrator and other visual design tools

  • Well versed with best practices of VM in Global industry  

  • Excelling Photography skill  

  • Creative and innovative thinker 

  • Acing Number game- analyzing and tracking of the executions done  

  • A proficient communicator.

Reports To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Manager

Location: Tamil Nadu- Multiple Store Locations within Assigned Territory

Role Summary: The Area Retail Associate (ARA) supports the Area Sales Manager by ensuring operational excellence, brand consistency, and sales performance across multiple PUMA SIS in a designated region. This role acts as a bridge between store teams and area leadership, helping drive store execution, training, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Support & Operations:-

  • Assist multiple SIS with day-to-day operational requirements.

  • Tracking competition to keep abreast of new developments in the market and providing regular feedback to ensure constant improvement in the product offering

2. Sales Performance & Targets:-

  • Deliver targeted sales nos. from SIS & Bi-brand stores by driving desired Puma Retail standards

  • Track SIS-level KPIs

  • Support SIS Staff in achieving sales targets through improved service and selling skills.

  • Analyze SIS performance and share insights with the Area Sales Manager.

3. Visual Merchandising:-

  • Ensure VM standards are implemented consistently across all SIS.

  • Coordinate with VM team for execution of seasonal updates, campaigns, and product launches.

  • Audit SIS display quality and provide corrective action plans.

4. Inventory & Stock Management:-

  • Assist SIS in stock replenishment, stock counts, and shrinkage control.

  • Identify fast/slow-moving products & support stock balancing across stores.

  • Report stock gaps and discrepancies to the Area Manager and Merchandising team

5. Training & Team Development:-

  • Conduct on-floor training for new and existing Retail Associates.

  • Reinforce product knowledge, customer service expectations, and selling skills.

  • Support performance coaching for SIS staff.

6. Franchisee management 

  • Handle Key accounts and franchisee 

Working Conditions:

  • Field-based role. Requires daily/weekly travel across assigned stores.

  • Flexible hours, including weekends and retail peak seasons.

Experience:

Your mission

• Define and own the enterprise AI, ML strategy, building a multi-year roadmap aligned to digital and business transformation priorities

• Lead and scale a high-performing team of AI Engineers, MLOps Engineers, Data Engineers, Application Engineers and Data Scientists

• Architect and oversee development of enterprise-grade AI solutions including LLM-based systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), predictive ML models, decision intelligence platforms, and data-heavy applications

• Drive the full AI product lifecycle - opportunity discovery, business case definition, architecture design, development, deployment, monitoring, optimization and value realization

• Establish enterprise AI reference architectures, reusable frameworks, modular ML templates and standardized deployment patterns

• Ensure strong MLOps maturity including CI/CD for ML, model registry, automated retraining pipelines, monitoring for data/model drift, observability and governance

• Lead cloud-native AI platform strategy leveraging Azure / Databricks / AWS / GCP ecosystems with focus on scalability, resiliency and cost efficiency

• Define GenAI standards including prompt engineering frameworks, evaluation pipelines, guardrails, responsible AI controls and security compliance

• Partner with business leaders to translate complex operational challenges into scalable AI and data products with measurable ROI

• Define and track product KPIs including adoption, performance, latency, uptime, cost per inference, business value creation and productivity uplift

• Ensure enterprise-grade security, compliance, and responsible AI practices across all deployed solutions

• Drive continuous innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies and integrating them into the enterprise ecosystem where strategically relevant

• Act as the single point of accountability for AI & Data product performance, delivery excellence and long-term platform scalability

Your talent

• University degree (B.Tech / M.Tech / M.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline; MBA or equivalent business exposure is a plus

• 12+ years of experience across AI/ML, Data Platforms, or Enterprise Product Engineering, with 5+ years leading cross-functional technical teams

• Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise AI/ML products in production environments

• Deep understanding of:

  • Machine Learning lifecycle and model governance

  • LLMs, transformer architectures, RAG pipelines and prompt engineering strategies

  • MLOps frameworks including model monitoring, drift detection, retraining and CI/CD for ML

  • Modern data architectures (Databricks, Spark, ETL/ELT, Delta patterns, data orchestration)

  • API-driven architectures and distributed systems design

• Strong exposure to cloud ecosystems (Azure, Databricks, AWS or GCP) and cost optimization strategies for large-scale AI workloads

• Experience designing scalable, secure and highly available enterprise data platforms
