Your Talent

Your Mission

  •  Revisar la solicitud de pedido realizada por el equipo de planning e ingresarla al sistema para la reserva de las unidades disponibles con el fin de contribuir al target de ventas establecido.
  • Preparar el envío de la información requerida; según el tipo de cliente, para la generación de la orden de compra y/o confirmación final del cliente para de lograr el target de ventas establecido.
  • Verificar la orden de compra haciendo focus en la información más relevante como costo, precios y unidades comunicando las diferencias; si las hubiera, con el objetivo de lograr un despacho correcto y sin errores.
  • Realizar el envío de la orden de reserva al equipo logístico y realizar el seguimiento de la entrega del pedido para cumplir con los plazos establecidos entre la fuerza de ventas y el cliente.
  • Ejecutar traspasos entre canales con el objetivo de contribuir con la necesidad de venta.
  • Realizar el ingreso y seguimiento de pedidos como de marketing, del personal, muestras, promotoría o la devolución de estos para cumplir con los requerimientos de las demás áreas.
  • Preparar los archivos de curvas, skus, colores que el equipo planning necesitará a lo largo de la temporada para
    mantener las solicitudes de pedidos actualizadas

Fitting Specialist - Golf - Salt Lake City, UT

Your Talent

  • High school diploma; college degree preferred
  • Experience with launch monitors (Trackman, Foresight, or FlightScope) and golf club fitting
  • Understanding basic and intermediate fitting terminology
  • Knowledge of golf ball flight data characteristics (speed, launch, spin)
  • High level of energy, initiative and professionalism
  • Ability to set up and break down a fitting day, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to conduct 40-50 events in a calendar year
  • Ability to be flexible to business needs and willingness to work weekends

Your Mission

  • This role supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand.
  • Currently looking to support the Salt Lake City area.
  • The Fitting Specialist will be responsible for setting up and conducting our fitting days in the field for their respective territory. 
  • Duties will consist of maintaining fitting tools, setting up the fitting day, organizing orders from the fitting day to be placed by the account or local Territory Sales Manager, keeping accurate fitting records and being the point of contact for our brands for all account requests pertaining to fitting days and fitting day follow up. 
  • This will include one on one fittings with our consumers, participating in large scale brand events, Staff and VIP golf club fittings and working with the local Territory Sales Manager to maintain outstanding relationships with our accounts.

  • Duties will consist of maintaining fitting tools, setting up the fitting day, organizing orders from the fitting day to be placed by the account or local Territory Sales Manager, keeping accurate fitting records and being the point of contact for our brands for all account requests pertaining to fitting days and fitting day follow up. 
  • This will include one on one fittings with our consumers, participating in large scale brand events, Staff and VIP golf club fittings and working with the local Territory Sales Manager to maintain outstanding relationships with our accounts. 

This role offers a base pay of $175 per event, with additional bonuses based on new sales until December 31, 2025.
